Tou no Madoushi

Episode 68: Illyweer, Lower the Hammer of Justice

Ilyweer was relaxing in the garden of a villa in Alfld.

The garden is strewn with lakes and surrounded by woods.

The water in the lake was sent to the fairies, and the trees in the woods were planted with seedlings in the soil brought from the outside and raised by magic.

Both in the lake and in the woods are left unattended the warcraft she is studying.

It was a garden that could not be built without the financial means to mobilize a large number of demon mentors.

Her villa is situated in the sunniest part of Alfrid from solar stone.

Those who are in this garden can rest their eyes in the gentle green of the forest, in the light of the sunstone that falls in brilliance, listening to the quiet spirals of the lake.

Illyweer gracefully squashed his spare time watching the warcraft representing themselves from time to time from the woods and lakes as he sat down on tables and chairs set in the garden.

I could see the person waiting for her to come as she relaxed.

It's Lynn and Theo.

Illyweer stands up.

"Well, Lynn. Well done for coming."

"Thank you for inviting me to the villa this time. Dear Ilyweer."

Lynn greets me with respect.

"I'm glad, Lynn. I can get in touch with you."

Illyweer is always happily nicotine with more.

(Speaking of which, you've never heard from me before.)

Lynn realized she was always invited by her side when she met Illyweer.

"Are you there? He said in a letter that he wanted to introduce me."

Illyweer looked at Theo and said.

"Yes. I'll introduce you. I'm Theo, a fellow college student and co-owner of the company. Actually, he wants to fold in and talk to Master Illywia..."

"I'm Theo Garfield. Dear Mr Illyweer, despite this sudden offer, I appreciate your generous response.

Theo bows to be Lynn, too.

"You don't have to say a hard hello. You don't need to be aware of the outside identity of the tower. This is the Tower of the Wizard. It is not the Kingdom of Wingard. Me and you are the same college magician. It's reciprocal. There are no Wingals here besides Duke, so don't hesitate. Please treat me that way too."

I showed a familiar attitude that Illyweer could not separate from anyone.

"That's not how it works. Today, I want to come in and talk to you, not against Illywia as an individual, but against Illywia as a Wingard royalty."

"Hmm. Really?"

When I wonder if a moment of loneliness and anxiety has appeared in Ilyweer's face, I meditate my eyes for a little while and disappear the soft, familiar look until then. Coldness and majesty hang around her expression instead.

Lynn was giddy at the change in her atmosphere.

"Then let's hear it. It's Theo, the magician. Kneel and talk."

"Ha."

Theo knelt one hand and one foot about the ground.

Lynn faces the exchange between the two.

Now the villa's garden is quiet as if it had struck water before the majesty of Illywia.

The little bird had stopped whimpering, stopping the activity and erasing the signs as even the warcraft lurking in the woods and lakes had died.

Lynn wolves not knowing if she should imitate Theo, too.

Looking at Duke, he was controlling Lynn with his hands.

You didn't have to, he seemed to say.

Theo starts talking drooling like this.

"I have something I need you to fold in and ask me today. Ask. The face of the major chambers of commerce that Master Illywia and the Wingard royal family are cordial about. Do you know someone named Lorea they trade in Alfredo?

"Lorea? No, you don't know. What did they do to you?"

"Actually, I had a problem with her business..."

Theo complained about how the levy imposed by Lorea was extrajudicial, and how that was preventing the merchants of the city of Alfrid from struggling, and even the schooling of the wizard, who lacked financial resources. How legitimate is our deal again?

"All the merchants in Alfrid suffer from her oppression and brutality. She is the enemy of free commerce. I can't even safely run a business with her. If you are a major chamber of commerce, you will also be able to withstand the taxation of Lorea. But the small, medium and micro chambers of commerce are gasping at Lorea's taxation. Moreover, these exploits are made up of violence and intimidation, not of the authority from which they are derived. Her behavior was brutally outrageous by making it exactly a spicy outward path. This distorted status quo, if overlooked, would undermine the trust of the Tower of the Mage, which gathers respect from the world. Already her domination has distorted market principles and caused poverty and wealth bias, as well as economic stagnation. And they're all done just to satisfy her own personal desires."

Theo persisted in his attitude of suing for the public good, not just for his own benefit. And at that time, I didn't forget to say it as if I was representing the merchants' totality.

"We're never talking about this for our own personal gain. We just want to do something about this injustice. This irrational taxation should naturally also be affecting exports. If we can get rid of the levy, the Kingdom of Wingard, of course, will have the magic equipment exported to every country in the world traded at the right price."

Illyweer had nodded deeply and hammered many times while listening to Theo.

"I see. Mr. Theo. I know exactly what you're saying. If such persons are related to the merchants of the royal family, it is also a matter of Wingard royal coupons. I can't overlook it. Let me put pressure on the major chambers of commerce."

"Thank you. Together with the merchants of Alfrid, we thank Lord Illywia for his mercy and fairness and will not forget this grace."

The two then discussed the details and agreed earlier next week that they would put pressure on the major chambers of commerce.

Lynn was leaning her neck as she listened to Theo interact with Illyweer.

(Is that it? You were supposed to settle with Mr. Lorea.)

Lynn wondered, but wondered if Theo had Theo's idea. Don't say anything in particular on the spot.

"Well."

Illyweer slaps her hand against the bread in front of her chest to match.

The next time I saw her face, she was back to her usual soothing and intimate look.

"This is the end of the difficult story. Then let's make some tea."

The strained air was completely gone and Lynn felt powerless.

"Come on, you'll be tired of staying standing like that. Have a seat, both of you."

Duke waves his wand when she says so.

Two chairs appear out of nowhere along with the wind-cut noise and are added around the table.

A servant brings pots and treats as if he had anticipated the time.

On the way home from the villa in Illywia, Lynn happened to ask Theo questions.

"Hey, Theo."

"Um, what?

"You can go ahead and settle with Mr. Lorea, right?

"Yeah. That's right."

(Yeah? It's like the opposite of what you're saying and doing...)

Lynn wondered but dared not say anything.

(Well, Theo is smart. I'm sure there's some kind of good drop. Anyway, all I have to do is settle.)

Illyweer summoned the Spirit after being alone in his room, as usual.

"Silf. Tell me the truth about that kid named Theo"

Silf ears at Illyweer as he was told.

"Hmm. I see. Is it still the prospect of using me in the guise of a public position and getting rid of my enemies? Hugh. You're quite a tenacious kid. Well, this is an issue that cannot be overlooked for the royal family. Let's decide to use it for you. It's an excuse to move for Lynn."

"Dear major chambers of commerce,

Do you know how rampant your shoppers and organizations that become Lorea tax offices where wholesale pays taxes are?

I can't let this snoring state pass.

In the future, the Wingard Royal Family will cease doing any business with the Chamber of Commerce, which is purchasing using the elevator managed by the Lorea Tax Office.

Illyweer Lim Wingard "

(Phew. Is this the place)

Illyweer took a breather when he finished writing in the office.

(And I didn't even notice until that kid named Theo said it. I can't believe this obvious intermediate exploitation was rampant. Is that something you can't help though? The royal nobility rarely goes down to Renlil. An M.O. that cleverly uses the difference in identity and the structure of the tower)

Duke came into the room as she rested her hands a lot and thought about it.

"Are you calling? Dear Ilyweer."

"Duke, please deliver this letter to all the major chambers of commerce that have dealings with the Wingard royal family"

"Major Chamber of Commerce? Shouldn't it be a long time before you and the merchants see each other?

"No, this is a separate case. A little about the Lorea Tax Office......"

"Oh, is that the woman at the back entrance of the example"

"What? Backdoor admission?

"It's an open fact among people in our association. That she is in the college with backdoor admissions. Besides, I can't keep up with my schooling, and I can't graduate, so I have no choice but to stay in college every year, adhering with the association and fattening my personal belly. It's like a bone in our throats."

"Hmm. That's what happened."

(Then let's finally put pressure on the Dean of the College about that as well)

"To the College Director.

Do you know a woman named Lorea who attends college?

Not only has she been admitted to the college by backdoor admission, but she has repeated her years abroad only to do bad business in Alfld without being willing to graduate.

What do college directors think about the enrollment of such students?

As the Wingard royal family, which makes a large donation to the College, I can't help but feel concerns about the negative impact on other students on this, the disturbance of wind discipline, the deterioration of security in Alfld, and the loss of authority in the College.

I expect the Dean of the College to take immediate action to deal with her.

Illyweer Lim Wingard "

(That's it. Instructions are better not to be too specific. They do things on their own)

After reading the letter over and over again, Illyweer stopped his hand as he tried to leave the letter.

(Theo said by next week, but let's keep it a little earlier. I've never been there to make it faster)

"Duke, please arrange for this letter to arrive today"

Illyweer soaked tea satisfactorily after a job.

(That's it. Lynn will be happy for sure)
