Glory To Slytherin

Chapter 1 Bussbarton’s Transfer Student

Leicestershire, United Kingdom.

In the sparsely populated suburbs, there is a huge but slightly dilapidated mansion.

Several marble statues are guarded outside the mansion, but they have been in disrepair over the years. On the door of the mansion, there was a black crow spreading its wings.

Only the broken branches and fallen leaves were left in the manor, and the leaves on the few big trees were withered. They were gently blown by the night wind, and they floated slowly in the air like this mansion.

However, the Lestrange Mansion, which is shrouded in the dark every night, has a glimmer of light tonight.

In the low-key and introverted study, a teenager of about 14 or 15 years old stands next to a well-decorated desk.

A raging fire burned in the marble fireplace, the light soft enough to reflect his face flickering and dimming.

Ulysses Lestrange raised his head slightly, and his soft silver hair seemed to be plated with gold rims under the light.

He has ivory skin, eyes like blue agate, long eyebrows like willows, and body like a jade tree. The black wizard's robe was meticulously draped over him, exuding a princely nobleness.

As far as he could see, it was a piece of old parchment hanging on the wall of the study room.

That's the genealogy of the British Lestrange family.

His eyes were quiet, like a blue lake with no ripples under the moonlight. It wasn't until the window suddenly made a "tuk tuk" sound that he was not allowed to look away.

Ulysses raised his right hand slightly, and the purple-black magic wand lightly waved, the window opened silently, and a very beautiful-looking owl flew in and landed on the desk.

With a letter in its mouth, it was raising its head as if to please, and sending the letter to Ulysses.

On the back of the envelope, there are some wax seals and a shield coat of arms. The capital "H" is surrounded by an eagle, a lion, a badger and a snake.

Ulysses smiled softly and stretched out his hand to open the envelope. The letter paper flew into the air from the inside, and the contents above were presented in front of him:

Dear Mr. Ulysses Lestrange:

We are happy to inform you that your transfer application has been approved and you will officially become a third-year Hogwarts student after the start of school. Enclosed is a list of required books and equipment. The school starts on September 1, so please prepare in advance. Looking forward to your arrival.

Another: Say hello to Mrs. Maxim for me.

Sincerely, the principal (male) Albus Dumbledore.

Ulysses looked at the letter in mid-air. He lay back slightly, and the soft sofa moved under him on its own. There was a clinking noise outside the house. Soon, a cup of fragrant and steaming coffee Floating in front of him.

He twisted the cup, took a sip, and said to himself:

"Hogwarts... the action is so fast."

He only came to England today. He came to this mansion in the evening. He didn't expect the letter from Hogwarts to be delivered.

"The third grade... it's been the third year since entering the magic school..."

Ulysses sat on the sofa, feeling a little, then mumbled slightly, "It's been six years since I crossed into this world..."

Yes, he is a traverser.

One summer in 1987, he traveled to France, an ancient family of wizards: Lestrange.

God knows what kind of suspicion and excitement he has after knowing the name of the Lestrange family, because he faintly guessed what this world is with this name.

A world of wonderful magic.

However, being in France made him confused for a long time. Later, I gradually learned that the birthplace of the Lestrange family was France, and that Lestrange, one of the twenty-eight saints of the United Kingdom, was just a branch.

Soon after passing through, a magic riot appeared on him, and that time almost destroyed half of the manor. However, he was more excited than he was afraid.

This means that he has a talent for learning magic.

At the age of eleven, he received an invitation from Boothbarton School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and entered the academy as a matter of course. Today, two academic years have been "safely" passed.

Ulysses originally thought that he had no chance to enter Hogwarts. After all, Hogwarts is the most familiar and sentimental magic school, and there are some regrets. Unexpectedly, after the end of the second grade, the family suddenly asked him to transfer schools, which can be regarded as making up for Ulysses' regret.

Ulysses drank the coffee slowly, his eyes drifting, his thoughts rising and falling.

When the owl inadvertently glanced over the owl, it immediately straightened its chest and stood upright, making Ulysses amused with the look of "Quickly praise me".

Ulysses stretched out his hand, and the owl took a few steps forward, his long beak lightly touching his fingers.

"It just so happens. I still lack a pet. From now on, your name is O'ao, just follow me. Um... Dumbledore should agree to it, right?"

Ulysses hugged the owl, straightened out the hair on its body, and muttered to himself.

He decided to ask Dumbledore for his opinion. The parchment floated in the air, and the quill rustled with words written on it.

O'o fluttered his wings in his arms, waited for the letter to be written and put it into the envelope, then consciously held it on and flew to Hogwarts Castle.

After watching the owl leave, Ulysses stood up and paced back and forth in the study, gazing away from the huge collection of books on the wall.

It was too early to leave school, so he decided to look at the collection of the Lestrange family.

Lestrange, as one of the 28 pure-blood families, has a profound background, but there are all Death Eaters in the family. After being swept away by a net, no one cleans the mansion. No one cares about it for more than ten years. A pile of dust.

When I first entered the mansion, the level of mess was so messy that Ulysses couldn't bear to look directly at it. After using a few cleaning spells, the room was much cleaner, and the background belonging to Lestrange gradually opened up to Ulysses.

There are various books on the shelves, covering all Realms in the magical world. But the most are the dark magic books that exude a weird atmosphere at first glance.

Ulysses flicked his magic wand, and several books flew towards him on their own and landed on the desk.

"The Most Evil Magic, Devil of the Fifteenth Century", "The Sonnet of the Wizard", "Shadows and Ghosts", "The True History of Opal Fire", "Night Shadow Guide to Spiritualism", "The "Underworld Dictionary" and so on, the title of the book can make ordinary people shudder, looking gloomy and cold.

Ulysses gave a gentle smile, opened "The True History of Opal Fire", a cloud of emptiness, black flames gushing out from under the book cover, and then turned into a skeleton, roaring silently at Ulysses .

Ulysses smiled unchanged, as if he hadn't seen the flame skull. The wand next to him moved imperceptibly, and the skeleton seemed to let out a scream, which turned into black smoke and disappeared.

The fire in the fireplace was still burning, Ulysses adjusted a comfortable angle, his slender fingers resting on the spine of the book, his thoughts immersed in the book.

The night returns to quiet, and time flows slowly.
