The purple light source that is installed on the wall through the intricately intertwined labyrinth is spookily illuminated. Quiet, albeit up-to-date, within this large area with many levels. In the sober air, I was solo exploring the second tier of this thirteenth offensive area, Mimic Mays, with tricks and small footsteps.

Mimic Maize. There are many half-trap monsters in this area called Mimic. I've heard stories from time to time about players being attacked by mimics in the form of crates and items, but not half the number of mimics coming out of this area.

That said, it's the name Mimic Mays, so it's predictable that Mimic will come out from the beginning. All you have to do is pay attention to the chest.

The players in the offensive group thought so and proceeded with the offense. But naturally, Mimic isn't the only one who comes out of this area. On the contrary, there came out a more unpleasant monster. There are many tough opponents to do, such as Shadow Dolls with player appearances, Shadow Assassins suddenly attacking from the shadows, Mimic's subspecies Black Mimic that are attacking just close by, and Mimic's superior species Mimic Road that is both defensive and aggressive. They've only been attacked up to four levels yet, so some monsters aren't confirmed.

Not only that, but there are more traps in place than ever. There are also quite a few traps of the abnormal "Bad Status" system and traps that call for monsters.

I'm solo in such an up-to-date neighborhood. You might think I should act with Katana and the gallons, but I don't belong in any guild or party. I've been acting at parties a lot lately, but I'm basically a solo. If you ask the gallons, they'll let you in the party. I have other guesses. But even though I'm not even a Gilmen, it would honestly be annoying to have me put in a party. There are also issues such as item distribution. We're all busy right now. I can't be bothered.

Solo is pretty dangerous when something happens, but that's all many things you get. I can keep the items to myself, and I'm the only one with experience. Back from Bloody Forest, my level is pretty high, and my proficiency and other stats should be higher than the same level. Well, there will be quite a few guys who are higher level than me, and the stats are a lot of guys up there in 'Technology' anyway. No matter how hard I worked alone in those woods, I wonder if the actual combat experience is more of a player in the offensive group.

I have to be strong. To get out of here. To protect important things.

Fortunately, I have Toxic Resistance and Paralysis Resistance, and I am unprepared for other condition abnormalities. I'm moving quickly so I can get away with it. The monsters that come out here are not so strong instead of disgusting. If we deal with this calmly and without alarm, we can take them down even if they strike a few at the same time.

The shadow, made of light sources, swayed for a moment. From what I've seen, there are no monsters, and there's no response to Detection. But I put my strength in my hand holding the machete, and I raise my guard.

And as the shadow approached the shaken area, something black suddenly popped out of the wall. Kunai, made of shadows, was held in both hands, which were made of black shadows. A black shadow - Shadow Assassin sticks that kunai out to me.

I had anticipated this guy's presence, so there's no upset. Jump back and dodge it, slashing it with a machete. Shadow Assassin received a machete as he crossed his hands Knai overhead. but the machete doesn't stop. Cut off two kunais made of shadows and slash off Shadow Assassin's arm. The blade falls straight to the head, but the shadow assassin disappears unexpectedly and the blade is not responsive.

The next moment, a shadow assassin appears from behind me, throwing a succession of kunais in his regenerated arm at me at some point. There are four Knais coming towards me. I don't use a machete to scold Kunai. This stuff is no big deal compared to that electrolithic fire-like body of the Horn Rabbit subspecies.

Shadow Assassin, who threw out Kunai, is stopping the move. Don't miss that gap, kick the labyrinth floor and approach Shadow Assassin. The blade slips through the torso of the shadow assassin trying to dive into the shadow like when he avoided the machete earlier. HP decreased to orange. Chasing to stab a stop as it is, but two knives hold off that machete. Shadow Assassin did not accept a machete with a small knife, but recieved it. Shadow Assassin, who killed the power of the machete as he stepped back, quickly dived into the shadows, jumping from my oblique back, blind spot, the next moment. This is Shadow Assassin's nasty move, Shadow Move. Move the shadows and do things close to instantaneous movement. When HP falls below half, it takes out the knife and starts shadowing it frequently.

The defense with the machete doesn't make it, so I kick it into Shadow Assassin's torso without turning around. A strange feeling close to the sandback conveys the leg. Shadow Assassin's HP hasn't diminished at all, but it still succeeded in stopping the move. A thin, blue, glowing blade shone brilliantly at the shadow assasin, which stood still on its back.

It's time to get tired of how long it's been since I dived into the area. I also consumed my recovery pills on the Mimic Road I fought earlier, and it's time to go home today. Using the warp rope, I escaped Mimic Maize.

Outside the area, the sun was leaning. Apparently it's been quite a while. When you're focused on fighting like you're shredding your nerves, you don't know how long it's been. Though I can confirm the time, I can't even look at it in the area.

I tried to go straight home to The Life Tree, and speaking of which, I remembered that Lynn wanted the book.

There are two kinds of books in this world. There are two kinds of books that are original in the game world and produced by players. Apparently, it started when a player who was creating a novel in the real world tried to publish a book.

I wonder if Lynn's wanted book was a romance. I thought you were hiding from me before, and there was a man and a man. I thought you were reading a book with this argh content, but it's my fault. Yeah. Why do you feel that? I peeked and saw it for a second. That's also my fault. It's all my fault.

Even LifeTree can buy books, but they just didn't have the books they wanted. I don't know what happened, but I'm going to buy the book for a souvenir. I think the title was definitely "The Ring of Mebius" or something like that.

There must have been a big shop in Berserker Grave that handles books. Let's buy it there.

Thank you - NPC's voice on my back, coming out of the store, made me feel unspeakable looking at the cover of the book I got. There was no sell-out or anything like that, and I could get "The Ring of Mebius" without any problems. It's in my item box. but the cover of that "Ring of Mebius" felt argh. Illustrations and novels seem to be written by one person. His name is "Rara Sword, Super, Land". What kind of name is that? Rara Sword Superground. Though easy to remember......

I don't know what to look like and give this book to Lynn...

The other day, Lynn wrote a novel called Blade of Ho. Is Lynn going to rot? Sounds like a word made back in the day, but you think you're going to call a girl who likes to tangle men with men a rotten girl or something? What an unpleasant noise.

I recognise one side of Lynn and head to The Life Tree in a subtle mood.

Is it because different players are still in The Event that they see my face with a flicker? They used to name two things on the bulletin board. I wonder what happened. I hope it's not weird......

"Wow!!

A girl's scream echoed in the city as she walked with a tingling itch in her gaze. The other players turn their gaze to those who scream. Turning to those who spoke out what was going on, a female player was rubbing something with two male players.

A little girl with a big head is caught between two men armed with black armor. Is that armor the Union? The reputation of the Coalition began to slump after the destruction of the first unit. Because it sprinkles prestige on players who are weaker than themselves. There has been such a place for a long time, but it seems to be getting worse. I've often seen it on bulletin boards and so on, but this is the first time I've seen the Union in person where it's causing problems.

Players watching the men interact look sorry, but they all pass by without saying anything. Those who are paying attention also say to the man, "Don't look at me!" and when he yells at me, he falls down on his face and runs away. Longer, players like Immortal Dragon and Light to Illuminate may come, but there's no sign anyone watching right now will help.

I've seen sights like this at school. Everyone passes by pretending not to see where the defect involves a weak student. Later I said, "You okay?" Even if someone calls out, they don't do anything when they're involved. I was a person who pretended not to look at it. If you see a scene like this, you should help, some people say, but it's not actually such an easy issue. Speak up and you will be noticed. Maybe in the future, I'll be annoyed by them. It must be temporary to be stopped. Given that, the best option in these situations is to look at them and pretend not to look at them.

and think in your head like this, self-justification. I can't do anything about it. Someone will help. That's why I'm not wrong.

When would it have been? I've only tried to help a child involved once in one of these occasions. I hardly remember any more, and I don't want to. Stop, I interrupted there with my voice trembling, and I was grabbed by my chest and slapped to the ground. It's vague when and under what circumstances that happened, but I only remember the pain that struck me in the head when I was slapped to the ground.

Then I started to think I couldn't help but look at those occasions. Because I'm weak.

But now.

I'm not weak.

There is no more excuse for weakness. I can't escape.

What shall we do?

Do you want to come in and help? I might be able to stop it now. But are we supposed to squeak out here? Someone else might come in to help. Even if I don't...

If this were a monster, I think. If I were a monster, not a human, I could go help that girl right away.

At a time like this, if it were a gallon or a jar, I wouldn't hesitate to come in and help. Even Katana should break in with a hella.

Even if you raise the level, you're still not getting stronger in places like this.

"Oh, man."

"Ah?"

It gets noticed by the people who were there, and it gets looked at by the men.

"No, don't do that. You hate it."

I felt sorry for myself when I realized my voice was trembling.

As long as I was in the game, I wanted to dress up a little more on these occasions.
