This hero training is kinda useless for you since you are more on brains than brawns. As long as you ask either the Pope or the King, they should allow you to study in the royal library."

Before Toshokan Honda could refuse, Alister patted Hondana's shoulder and assured him, "Don't worry. I will help you obtain the entry for the royal library."

"Thanks, Alister." Toshokan Hondana bowed and thanked Alister, causing him to attract some attention from the other heroes as well as from General Brandyn.

"No worries." Alister just waved his hand and didn't think of it as a big deal.

After all, the King and the Pope were too weak to deny him if they ever refused. If he wanted to, he could stop playing this charade and immediately unleash his true power, then stomp this rotten kingdom to dust.

Of course, that was only a last resort since Alister still wanted to have fun and experience the hero life. He had read fantasy novels with the "Summoned as a hero in another world" trope and he also wanted to experience it firsthand.

Reading it from text and imagining it was a different experience from witnessing it in real life and living through it in immersion.

While Alister and the rest of the heroes were waiting in the training ground, the Curse Hero still hadn't arrived which the heroes found unusual except for Alister.

As if on cue, when Alister's thoughts were finished, Takahashi Ken went to General Brandyn and asked for permission to leave and check up on the Curse Hero.

After receiving permission from General Brandyn, the Sword Hero left the training ground.

Currently, General Brandyn and the eight heroes were in the training ground including Alister.

While waiting for both the Sword Hero and the Curse Hero, Toshokan Hondana asked Alister, "What's your hero authority? I already told you mine."

Afraid to be misunderstood, Toshokan Hondana immediately added, "It's not that I'm prying into your secrets or anything like that. I'm just curious. If you don't want to reveal it, I won't mind."

Alister replied to Hondana, "Nah, I don't mind revealing it. Like your hero authority, it won't affect me if someone knew of my hero authority."

To demonstrate, Alister closed his palm and opened it again, causing an authentic american-style hamburger to appear out of thin air.

Alister handed the hamburger to Hondana, "Taste it, it's an authentic american-style hamburger."

Hondana trusted Alister and didn't believe that Alister would poison the hamburger so Hondana received the hamburger from Alister. Opening the paper wrappings on the hamburger, Hondana ate the hamburger and his eyes lit up after the meaty, cheesy, and juicy flavor of the hamburger exploded in his mouth!

"It tastes like the real thing!"

Toshokan Hondana's exclamation attracted the attention of not only the rest of the six heroes but also General Brandyn.

However, unlike the six heroes, General Brandyn just observed the situation and didn't say anything.

Seeing what Hondana was eating, Mono Tabemono, the Food Hero, inquired with anticipation and excitement, "Is that a hamburger?"

Hondana was too immersed in eating the delicious hamburger so Mono Tabemono's question wasn't registered in his mind.

Knowing that Hondana was too busy eating the hamburger, Alister used this as an opportunity to build rapport between him and the rest of the heroes.

A hamburger appeared out of thin air on Alister's right palm and he forwarded it to Mono Tabemono, asking, "Yes, it's a hamburger. Do you want one?"

As a foodie, Mono Tabemono didn't care about pleasantries and whatnot as long as food was the topic. She didn't shy away from receiving the hamburger and immediately ate it after opening the wrappings.

Tasting the hamburger, Mono Tabemono's eyes lit up in excitement and she nodded her head in approval, "Yesh! Thish ish real hamborgor!" (Yes! This is real hamburger!)

Even when she was talking while eating, Mono Tabemono didn't choke.

After Mono Tabemono finished eating the hamburger, Alister created a large-sized fast food cup of coke and forwarded it to Mono Tabemono, "Coke?"

Mono Tabemono nodded her head, took the cup of coke from Alister's hand, and drank it gleefully.

If Toshokan Hondana ate the burger because he trusted that Alister wouldn't poison him, then Mono Tabemono ate the burger and drank the coke regardless of the possibility of being poisoned since she trusted her Indestructible Stomach Authority.

She didn't trust Alister but she trusted her authority.

After eating the hamburger and coke, Mono Tabemono noticed that her Indestructible Stomach Authority didn't devour any poison. After knowing that as well as tasting the delicious hamburger and coke, she had a good impression of Alister.

After all, the fact that they were summoned into this world meant that they wouldn't have access to modern world delicacies.

As a girl with manners, Mono Tabemono thanked Alister, "Thanks for the hamburger and coke! I owe you one! Just ask me if you ever need my help!"
