Wizards Under Cthulhu

Chapter 54: Guidance of Destiny

Norman is the only person on the dark gray platform.

The platform is only three or four meters wide, and in front of it is a black channel that pulls into the distance.

The sound of footsteps came from behind.

Norman turned around and saw an apprentice wizard coming in.

The man saw Norman and walked straight over.

Norman's eyes fell on his breastplate.

  The first-level mystery apprentice!

"It's you!" The man stopped half a meter away from Norman, and a middle-aged man's face appeared from his hood.

A layer of faint cyan scum looks a bit vicissitudes of man.

"My name is Fred, and the guidance of fate made me come to you. If you believe me, please leave here with me temporarily." The middle-aged man lowered his head and looked at Norman solemnly. "You only have one minute. Time, one minute later, we will miss it!"

Fred's voice is solemn, very clear on the small and quiet platform.

Norman didn't react for a while, his eyes fell on the mysterious badge.

"You have thirty seconds left!" Fred reminded.

Is this the apprentice of the mystery system who masters the power of destiny? Should I believe him?

Thoughts kept flashing in Norman's brain.

"Unfortunately, you are not my destiny guide either." Fred turned and left like a magic stick, without any muddling.

"I'll go with you, can you tell me the reason?" Norman made up his mind and followed Fred.

Outside the station is the colorful city, fighting is forbidden.

Norman is naturally not afraid of witchcraft apprentices below level 3.

Fred did not speak, but quickened his pace.

Seeing his appearance, Norman became more curious and followed closely behind.

When the two of them went out from the exit, the bearded Ethel and Tridor happened to enter the entrance.

"Fortunately that kid, he caught the car and left." Tridor frowned and looked at the empty platform.

Luck does not seem to be on their side.

The car to the Howling House is not fixed.

There are relatively few people going there, and the trains depart randomly, and at least one is guaranteed a day.

"Don't worry, I hope we won't be too unlucky." Ethel looked indifferent.

The two waited for two hours, and finally saw a thick black smoke tumbling from one end of the tunnel.

The black smoke dissipated, and a skull the size of the platform appeared in front of the two of them.

The skull rotates, faces the two of them, and opens his mouth.

Some impatient two got into the car in a hurry.

The big mouth closed, the skull head turned, and a thick black smoke emitted from his body, pouring toward the other end of the tunnel.

"I have come out with you, can you tell me why?" Norman followed Flake and sat on a lounge chair on the side of the street.

Bright sunshine, clean streets, and apprentices on both sides.

Flake looked at Norman, with a slightly stubborn face, showing a look of joy.

"I'm finally over!" Flake yelled, without the mysterious and solemn temperament before.

   Norman looked suspicious.

"My name is Flake Hutters, and I am thirty-five years old this year!" Flake was very solemn and stretched out his big slender hand.

Seeing his appearance, Norman couldn't help but stretch out his hand.

"My name is Norman Martin, I am twelve years old this year, my uncle!" Norman is very polite.

Hearing this uncle, Fleck clenched his hands subconsciously, the muscles on his face stiffened, and pulled out a smile, "Just call the brother, we can be the same generation."

Feeling the force coming from his hands, Norman ache, gritted his teeth: "Big brother, now you can tell me what happened just now."

While speaking, Norman pulled his hand back with force.

"Our encounter is the guide of fate. Three people once missed me. Brother, I finally found you." Flake sighed.

Norman did not speak, waiting for Flake to explain.

The mysterious ability of Fleck's awakening is the guiding technique of fate.

This kind of mysterious ability must find one's own partners in order to play a bigger role.

But this partner is also designated by the Guidance Technique, and has made a standard.

Otherwise, the effect will be greatly reduced.

For example, Norman made a decision within a minute to leave the platform with Fleck.

If Flake has already left the platform and Norman catches up, the effect of the guidance technique has ended.

means that this is not the person Fleck is looking for.

Flake was ecstatic and tortured by this mysterious ability.

Of the four major powers of wizarding power, the mysterious power is also restricted because of an additional ability.

absorbs the power of the elements, not as fast as the other three types, and, when advanced wizards, it is said that it will be greatly restricted.

If your mysterious ability has not been developed, the chance of becoming an official wizard is very slim.

Norman was bitter when he heard Flake.

He was unwilling to do things casually. His ambition was to become an advanced official wizard, so he had to be patient to find someone who would guide his destiny.

This search has lasted nearly two decades.

"What use does your ability do for me?" Norman asked him puzzled.

"The guidance of fate can help you avoid bad luck, and can give you correct guidance when it is difficult for you to choose." Flake straightened his body immediately, with a solemn expression on his face.

   Norman listened patiently to him.

"Sign a companion agreement with me, we support each other and get out of here!" As Flake spoke, he took out an old parchment from his storage bag.

   The parchment is spread out.

Under the sun, dense wizard words appeared on it.

These words are smaller than ants, and present a very strange arrangement.

This is a magic contract scroll with a contract magic circle on it.

The contract between Norman and Elut is temporary, but some contracts are permanent~www.readwn.com~ such as the apprentices of the contract department, they will keep a symbiotic magic contract.

When they meet their favorite summon, they will sign a symbiosis contract with each other as long as the other party is willing.

This kind of contract, the two parties are completely equal, and can share life.

Of course, if you summon a life form stronger than yourself, the other party will not only not sign a contract, but will think that this is an insult to yourself, and then kill you with a spell!

Seeing Norman hesitate, Fleck again made that kind of nagging state.

The magic power poured into the contract.

The densely packed text is transformed into countless colorful light spots, and the light spots form two holding hands.

"This is the guide of fate, don't resist!" Flake put his hand on the hand in front of him.

Norman didn't move, but looked at Flake.

Even though I came out with him just now, it doesn't mean Norman believes in Flake.

Seeing Norman motionless, Fleck did not urge, "You can put your hand up, and the terms of the contract will appear in your spirit. If you agree or disagree, you will decide at that time."

Norman still didn't reach out his hand, he didn't dare to confirm whether there was a trap here.

If he puts his hand up, this contract is an automatic master-servant contract, and he will be miserable.

Seeing Norman's appearance, Flake will hurriedly withdraw his hand.

Those two colorful hands are still floating between them.

The pedestrians passing by, seem to be unable to see these two hands.

"This is a companion contract scroll... What I said, if there is a lie, the world will verify that I will not be able to advance to the wizard in my life, and my soul will sink forever into perish after death." Fleck detailed the content of the contract. And make the most serious oath to the will of the world.
