sCENE: 19 Fishing grounds in Higashigami Town

Me and Elena went to sea with Muto. Muto told me that he would teach me a great fishing spot, so I followed him. On the north side of Higashikami-cho, there is a sandy beach that becomes a seawater bath in the summer.

They say the fishing area is a rocky place on the east side of the beach. Continue east on the sandy beach where you are likely to be able to hunt the tide and go where the rocks are gobbling.

"Mr. Muto, what does the bait use?

"It's shrimp. There's a bunch of little shrimp on this coast."

Muto had brought two small nets with a slightly longer pattern. That's called a tamo net. One of them has a finer mesh and they get shrimp with that tamo net.

I asked him to lend me the tampon net and put the net where the seaweed was growing in the sea. Pulling the seaweed up the probing net like it was gassagoso, it contained a lot of small shrimp.

The caught shrimp is placed in a small cooler box containing a little sea water. We got a ton of little shrimp in about half an hour and we started fishing using it as bait.

I was fishing for pheasant on the island, but the little shrimp looks better. Elena says it's her first time fishing, so she'll have all the tricks and bait. And I also taught him how to handle fishing rods and lures.

"Here, what can you fish for?

Elena asked Muto.

"Right. At this time of year, I wonder if it will be Einame Maazi Kurodai Suzuki"

The first hit I had when I started fishing was unexpectedly Elena. Besides, he looks like a big guy from the way he rods.

"Cover and Cover."

I gave Elena instructions. Elena also has an increased individual level and stronger powers. He managed to catch it on his own, raising his happy voice. It's about 70cm of fine suzuki.

"Isn't that amazing?"

"If it's so easy to fish, I wish others would come fishing"

Muto laughed. I say you can't always fish. Some days they can't catch it at all due to the weather, wind and tidal conditions.

They have a hard time living with just fishing because if those days don't go on for three days at all, they run out of food.

The next hit was Muto. It is Ainame who caught it.

The catch was good that day. Only Maaji was the only one I caught. He fished two or four Maaji and received the title of Maaji Master from Muto. I'm not very happy. A clodymaster would have been better anyway.

Muto fishes Ainame and Kurodai one by one, while Elena is two Suzuki and one Kurodai.

"Time to go home"

Around noon, Muto said. I'm hungry, so you want to eat fish fast.

Elena also agreed, so we clean up and start going back to preschool. On the way, I broke up with Muto and passed in front of Yoshino's house, where he always had his vegetables divided.

Yoshino's appearance grinding a sickle at the garden tip caught my eye. They say Yoshino's house lives with two grandchildren. He lost his wife and son in a car accident about ten years ago and is raising his grandson by himself.

My grandson's starry night, Seiya, is in middle school one year.

"Yoshino, thank you for the always delicious vegetables. I caught a fish at sea today, so I'll bring it to you later."

Yoshino laughed nico. It's a lovely smile.

"Nice. It's been a long time."

People farming seem to have a hard time getting the machine out of use. I don't even seem to have time to go fishing myself.

Me and Elena started walking to the nursery. I remember Yoshino's happy face and spoke to Elena.

"Mr. Muto, don't be an explorer, I wish I could keep the fisherman going"

"When the town first came into this state, I took out the fishing gear I had at home, caught fish, and offered it to the town. But he's lost his fishing needle and he can't fish anymore."

In fishing, fishing needles are consumables. Suzuki etc. chews off tricks etc. and runs away, so they have fewer and fewer tricks such as fishing needles.

Muto seems to have given up his fisherman's job after days of not being able to catch it or running out of fishing needles. I know it would have been different if we had just enough fuel to get the boat out for fishing, but he said he had no choice.

When I heard that the missing fishing needle was one of the reasons I stopped being a fisherman, I wondered if Muto didn't have 'heart stone processing'. I thought I might be able to make fishing needles with my "Heart Stone Processing" skills. Let's check it next time.

I arrived at the nursery and was thrilled to show the kids the fish.

"Hey, what about tuna?

A fifth grade tacrow asked me.

I smiled bitterly and said I couldn't catch it. Takrow says he likes tuna. He's a luxurious guy for elementary school kids.

Maazi left it to Nakaen and Ishigami that he had made dried goods. I pour the suzuki and crocodile into sashimi and braised fillets.

Some of Suzuki and Kurodai handed out to neighbors, including Yoshino. The refrigerator isn't working and there's no way to store it, so we can't leave it.

It can also be salted or dried, but Suzuki and Kurodai would be better served while fresh.

After eating delicious sashimi and simmering, Muto showed up drinking tea.

"Do you have a minute? I need to talk to you."

I went outside and started talking to Muto.

"I want to talk to you about drinking water."

"Doesn't drinking water have a problem because it comes from dragonbeard spring water?

Muto shakes his head and denies it.

"If you're as powerful as me or you are, you're not that bitter, but you're tough on ordinary people. So Sakuma suggested that we lay down a tap from Ryumushi spring water."

I thought that would be convenient. However, I think the construction will be a lot of work. What kind of water supply are you thinking?

"What kind of water supply are you thinking?

"I'm thinking of putting up a strut and fixing and connecting a vinyl chloride pipe to it."

"Do you have a pipe like that?

"That's the problem. There's a pipe in the middle of the Beast Zone."

"Okay. You should come with me to the Beast Zone."

"Please. By the way, did you eat the fish?

"Yeah, it was great."

As we talked a little bit, I remembered I was going to ask you about The Heart Stone Processing. When I asked him, he said he didn't have it.

"You can't afford a skill point more than choosing a skill you don't know."

I explained Cardiolithic Processing.

"What! So if you had the heart stone processing, you could have made a fishing line and a fishing needle."

"Sort of. It's tough to raise your skill level, but it's the best skill you can use."

Muto apparently used skill points to increase his skill level. I can afford to practice like me and get my skill levels up carefully...... no, it didn't seem like an environment.

Because I had to raise my skill level a little faster and look for food in a dangerous land where different beasts roam.

"What are you going to do now?

I checked because food is not collected indefinitely. Muto flashed his face.

"I only think I'll have to start farming or go back to being a fisherman"

I hear the Muto and the others are looking for food from every house in the Little Ghost District to take home. When you're done searching all the houses, you won't be able to be a seeker.

"It's not okay."

"What's Cozillow gonna do?

"I'll keep exploring for a while. If you get a heart stone, you can make a lot of things."

"Right, heart stone? Maybe God gave me a heart stone instead of taking civilization."

When I heard that, I thought it was an interesting idea. But there are certain beings who have changed the world. If that was God, it was something I didn't understand.

The next day, me and Elena, together with the four Muto, headed to the Beastman District. to go to the warehouse where the pipes are located. I got word from the Muto and the others about the Little Ghost District and the Beastman District. After all, they say the Farmers' Association building in the Little Ghost District is a dangerous place.

"Isn't there a place like the Farmers' Association Building in the Beast District?

"It's Jesupei High School. That's bad over there. I hear there's a superior species of oak."

I imagined a big oak like a minotaur. If that thing attacked me with a giant cow knife, I'd get away with it reflexively.

In the Little Ghost District, Goblin Sometimes it felt like a badlat to fight and recover heart stones. To my surprise, Elena's archery had advanced tremendously. For a short period of time, but I seem to have put a lot of effort into practice.

When you enter the Beastman District, you start to encounter orcs. First Elena's arrow stood against Oak's chest. But thick muscles don't even reach the gut.

Oak pulled through an arrow that was ramblingly stabbing him in the chest and threw him to the ground. Oak's eyes are dyed red with anger, and his eyes stare at Elena.

Oak attacked me for Elena. I pop a cowknife into my hand and pick it up in front of Elena. An oak slaughter set my face on fire.

I took the slaughter with the same cow knife. The power of orcs is tremendous. But my strengthened body took it with no problems.

Oak pulled the cow knife once and then snapped it off the side. I slash as I sink my body, spinning and stroking both legs of the oak. Enemy giants melted. My cow knife slipped into its neck. A head with a cotri and a big nose falls to the ground.

The Muto guys were watching behind them, but they couldn't do anything. The moment the melee began, I was overwhelmed by its power.

"Does Cozillow have a high skill level in swordsmanship or swordsmanship? Could you possibly have a skill level of seven or eight or something?

"No way, the most expensive skill I have is Cardiostone Processing, but still, I've just become an advanced skill level."

"Then it's just like our offensive skills. What's the difference?

Elena answered Muto's question.

"Isn't the individual level different? I don't think you've had the same experience fighting it."

"There 'll be that, too, but Kozillow must have raised his skill level without using his skill points. Maybe that has something to do with it."

The Muto men practiced in the tunnels to raise their skill levels.
