Although these stats are just numbers in this game, this helps too if you want to increase your strength in reality. I don't know how it really works but according to what I know, with the power of the synchronization of my character and my real body, it acts up like I am using my real body while I am using the Virtual Reality body.

It was like my real body is connected to the virtual version, allowing me to convert the enhancements happening in my character to my real body which will also try to catch up. This is still something that gives me a bit of confusion and since I am not a science geek who can easily explain how does that works, let's just leave it at that. As long as changes are actually happening, I don't mind it. Tojiro's work is just that good.

Now then, what stats should I increase? My STR is the lowest at the moment while the AGI is the highest. The DEX, END, and INT are all on the average side. I know the stats don't matter once I have a high level already as this game will work more on how you handle an enemy by yourself and this doesn't focus on big numbers itself but works on how to effectively kill an enemy like this and like that, but in the early game, to get to that certain point, distribution of the stats are necessary.

My first goal is to be strong in reality so that the troubles I experienced in the past and the trouble that would happen in this new future can be solved or even deleted and will not happen anymore. If that is the case, focusing on STR would be the best. If I want to excel in stealth, DEX would be the stat I will need and if I want my decision-making faster than usual, INT would be the best. If I want to be a literal iron man where nothing can hurt you, END would suffice and if I want to be fast on my feet, the AGI stat would be the best bet.

As much as I want to focus on one stat, in the end, most of the stats are all necessary for my improvement and all of them are good. Since my AGI is the highest at the moment, my agility in the real world significantly increases too. However, I don't want to be necessarily fast as I don't plan to become an athlete and run a marathon. I started thinking hard about what to do and soon went to the conclusion that balance is still the best thing to do. Therefore, I have decided to spend 20 AP on STR, 10 on DEX, 20 on END, 20 on INT, and 5 on AGI, revealing my new stats once again.

Now I am satisfied with the result. I don't want to keep on fussing over my stats as that will just hurt my head more. In the end, all I needed to do is to keep pushing forward. Stats are temporary, skills are going to be what will help me the most in the future.

I closed my stat panel and rose up from my bed. On my side is the idle Versatile Weapon that doesn't look that different from normal weapons that you can see being dropped by normal monsters. I got two items to feed on this weapon which are a dagger and the old [Beginner Armor] I just unequipped earlier. But then I decided to stop feeding it for now. Maybe I should do that a little bit later. Increasing my power will just attract more attention to me and as much as I can, I want to lay low at the moment while I am still not that strong enough to handle others. I can show this power of mine a little bit later once I am strong enough.

Now, this can be used for getting extra copper by selling it for later but it would be useful for devouring. I can choose either of them but I have to withhold that for now. I stare outside the window and saw the NPCs are now putting up stalls. The sun is already setting and business starts to boom in this area at night.

The streets below are very lively with a few players wandering around and many NPC villagers doing their own business. NPCs work like real humans. They sleep in the evening and work during the morning. They don't stay working and you can call that a rotational schedule for them. NPCs are like real humans and even if they don't have any particular role like being a merchant, you can engage in a good talk with them though most will not bother to speak with you especially if you are just a nobody or a stranger to them.

With the night officially arriving as the sun has fully set on the horizon, the Night Market Bazaar has finally started its operation. There are many stalls of food too and a few stalls selling equipment but overall, it is the time when things get lively. I usually don't go to this kind of place in the past timeline but since I am a bit interested, I decided to check things out. I have enough money I can spend and with this, I might be able to get a good thing if I am lucky.

Bazaars are available in every city and town in the game. They hold very many things limited only at the Night Bazaar. Also, with the bazaar, you can sometimes purchase discounts and the like everywhere. Every kind of thing sold in the game, equipment, food, pets, and even companions are available in the game.

When I say companions, they are more similar to "slaves" if it was about a world of fantasy. The only thing different about them is that they are more like hired mercenaries though you don't need to pay a thing for their services. They are not bound by contract and deals with different kind of works. The only problem on this one is that they are totally costly, not to mention that they also siphon a bit of your exp when fighting enemies. Imagine playing Pokemon with one of your backup Pokemon holding EXP shares.

Aside from that, once they become your companion, they will get access to a little pocket dimension that is called Summons Area. Humans and beasts alike can enter here as long as they are under your contract and they are labeled as either Pets or Companions. Summons Area is fully customizable and anyone can make a house or a mansion depending on what they want inside.

You don't have a limit with your companions and if you meet NPCs or monsters that are willing to become your companion, they can enter the Summons Area without any problem. What is more, you can summon them anytime you want if they are inside the Summons Area and they can communicate with you even if they are not summoned as long as they are inside this pocket dimension. Pretty convenient, I must say.

I don't usually recommend getting one for the moment. They are good once you reach level 100 but this early? It's not advisable unless you know what you are doing. With that said, I check my current money and I realized I don't have much money at the moment, and with only the 20 gold from the quest of Lily and a few copper coins amounting to a few hundred, this can only allow me to buy something not so grand or just simple equipment.

Night Bazaars might have some interesting crap that I might like to buy and without money, it will be bad if I don't get what I wanted. I have no choice but to go and make quick money.

Leaving the inn, I started heading towards the mines. The Mining Town is indeed a normal mining town, not just a name that is used for beginning towns since it's near the caves. It's only deserted by the miners though due to the number of monsters invading and using it as their home allowing only for monsters to be here the only people you can see there are players who like to kill monsters or those just willing to complete their bestiary. No one stays here that long as it is not a good place to farm experience points as the monsters here are stingy with exp drops. The enemies here are poor in EXP drop but have an excellent money and equipment drop rate for players around level 7 to level 10.

The monsters here are Imps that drop lots of copper coins and slimes that drop equipment. There are lots of them at the moment due to the lack of players at night time due to the increase of monster agitation and if you are a beginner, being swarmed by them will be the last thing you will experience. Not only that but there are only a few players who actually reach the level of 7. Despite all monsters having their agitation activating at night, it also comes with a good reward. With monsters more active at night, money drop is doubled usually, so this is a good time to farm money and buy something good in the bazaar.

[Player has discovered Mining Tunnel Cave]

I pull out the Versatile Weapon and changed it to Ceremonial Staff. Although this weapon usually has a low damage output, it doesn't apply to my weapon as it was the Versatile Weapon. All of its stats in sword form are carried over to its Ceremonial Staff form. It didn't follow the normal type version of the weapon and still follows the same damage. This is a good time to earn enough SP for the Cleric class.

The imps working just outside the cave tunnel noticed me immediately. They looked at me with weird looks and growled. After doing so, their eyes reddened and frantically rush towards me one by one, while brandishing their dingy and rusty pickaxe that sooner or later, will crumble to pieces if they hit something too hard.

[Mining Imps]

Level 7

HP: 1000/1000

Type: Humanoid

With a swift thwack on the abdomen of the incoming imp, I inflicted blunt damage to the imp. Thwacking enemies with it is easy and not that complicated, it was just like how you bonk horny people and send them to horny jail.

-230

-100

I am starting to get used to my new character and how to properly make my playstyle. I didn't stop my movement and dodged the incoming pickaxe being thrown at me. Once I get a good angle on where I should swing, I would immediately do that. Even though it's not a bladed weapon, the damage still deals like a bladed weapon only applying blunt damage.

-Mining Imp successfully killed.

-Got 1000 EXP(Title Effect Activated 1000 EXP acquired)

-Got 105 copper

-Got 1 Cleric SP

Hmm, not bad, 105 copper already. Although this monster gave out copper drops, a few monsters do not drop money at all since their drops are much more expensive, for example, the Gray Wolves that I have killed. They didn't drop a single copper at all when I killed them. There are some monsters who drop coppers but they don't keep on dropping one, like the Grass Lizards.

These imps though are much better at money-making. In lore, they always keep coins in their pockets as some sort of their trait. Once they die, they will drop them allowing anyone who kills the one who killed them to earn the copper coins they are keeping.

Since no other player is farming at all, I continue to farm around here. If there are other players here already, they will instantly monopolize this place like it's theirs and obtain the loot. Before that happens, I have to finish my farming session.

After a few minutes of intense farming in this area by beating up these guys one by one, I managed to earn around 2,000 copper and if converted to silver, it would be 20 silver all in all. Copper coins need to reach 100 coins to become 1 silver, 100 silver is also required to get 1 gold coin. Of course, it can be converted to real money. The only thing that is accepted as money to be converted into real money is gold only, and of course, silver and copper are useless in money changing and can only be used to buy items in stores and in the marketplace.

1 gold coin is equivalent to 100 yen. A very small amount if you ask me, but if players are very good at money-making in the game, then earning a single gold is easy and the other gold will fall into your hands and you can exchange it for money.

I have 20 gold coins here and a few coppers that if converted to silver, will immediately be a good amount of money to use to buy in the Bazaar. However, I am not yet done. After clearing the imps at the very entrance, I entered the tunnel, and just not too far in the center, is a slime. Magic is pretty effective to them so why would you use your weapon to kill slimes? The magic will do. Time to hunt for pieces of equipment and take advantage of it!
