The Rays left the village of Balaster on one line, heading towards the village of Breemer, 25 km away.

While Ray and Ashley have a slightly stiff look, they talk to Stella and Deoddard smiles at those two.

The journey that day was short and the road wasn't so bad that we were to enter the inn at the same early hour as the previous day.

After entering the inn, as the day before, the two decided to train with Stella.

Ashley is also used to seeing Stella's movements once, unlike yesterday, fighting each other.

But Ashley's style of combat - the power fighter style of slapping every shield with a rigid sword - was rather struggling with Stella's style of combat - an Assassin-based style with an emphasis on speed and tricky movements.

Ray makes out with Stella, too, but just like yesterday, he got into time and quickly flirted with.

(I knew it would be difficult. The spear has a time lag to take it around, and when it gets in between, it won't get a hand or a leg. Maybe we should switch to sword training. Sometimes at Lake Drameny during this time, and I'd like to train my sword. Shit......)

After the training, at dinner, Ray and Ashley were also less aware of Stella and were starting to laugh naturally.

The next day we headed to the city of Rezam, but it was a slightly tougher itinerary than the day before because we were on our way to cross the line.

Whether the mountain road vibrated or Deodard was not feeling well, he took frequent breaks.

Ray looked after the horse, seeing a tired and invigorated Deoddard, and was speaking up.

"Are you all right? I don't know if it will help with fatigue, but I can use healing magic, so please tell me anytime."

"I'm sorry. But healing magic doesn't take away fatigue. The road should be a little better if you cross the line. It may take a while, but we'll get to Rezam before dark."

"Right. But tell me as soon as you're tired. Stella, let me know if Deodard seems spicy, too."

Deoddard nods with a laugh and Stella answers nothing.

Ray feels like he told me to do it, and I'm going to focus on taking care of the horse.

In the city of Rezam, we arrived around 5: 00 p.m., well over schedule.

We also head to a relatively large inn in the city of Rezam to check in, but Deoddard's health was not fragrant and his complexion remained poor.

When Ashley, worried, told Ray, "Why don't you rest in the city of Rezam tomorrow," he seemed to think the same thing,

"That sounds better. I have an idea, so I'll tell Mr. Deoddard from me."

Ray lays down in his room. To Deoddard,

"We'll stay here tomorrow. I'm not in a hurry. And it's not convenient for us, but we know each other here, so it's more convenient for us."

I noticed his care, and after answering him, "I guess so," I looked at Stella,

"So will you stay here tomorrow? Stella, I want you to take me to the city tomorrow, Ray or Ashley."

"But your husband's escort..."

"Ray, I'll let you or Ashley stay, it's okay. Ray, I've made up my mind, but still don't you mind?

"Yeah, I don't mind. You don't have to go with Ash to find someone you know."

The next morning, Deoddard's health had improved considerably, but just in case, he didn't reschedule to stay another night and was free to move on that day in Rezam.

When Ray said, "What do we do today?" Asking Ashley,

"Right...... there could be Gadds. Show your face to the mercenary guild."

"So, which one goes. You can keep me here."

"No, shouldn't you go? Last time I arrived, it was late, and I wouldn't be looking at the city in a busy manner. Why don't you just relax and take a look at the city?

As for her, I didn't want Stella to go with me, so I didn't want her to go Ray. But when I stayed with Stella for a day, I decided to leave it to him.

Ashley had in her heart a desire to go with her. Further emotions similar to jealousy were swirling in Ray's heart that he would walk the city with Stella.

(I've never felt this way before... I think I would have stayed with Ray had it not been for Lord Deoddard's favor. I wonder what Ray thinks?

There was no way Ray could hear the voice in her heart, and Ray and Stella rolled out to the city of Rezam.

Before leaving the inn, Stella, who was told by Deoddard to "listen to you, Ray," honestly follows Ray.

Although the city of Rezam is slightly smaller than Morton, it is a core city around here, thus showing considerable buzz.

Ray puts his face on the mercenary guild, but as expected, none of the discerning mercenaries said Gad, Darren, or Tiff.

When the Gads returned to the reception, they asked me to message them that they were there and left the mercenary guild.

"Well, what do we do now? Mr. Stella, is there somewhere you'd like to see it?

Stella shakes her neck to the side of the question, just says, "Nothing in particular," and becomes silent.

I expected Ray to answer that.

"Well, let's take a peek at the dewstores and shops and bluff"

The two began walking towards the downtown area of the city.

"Mr. Stella is a werewolf, isn't she? Silver hair, so you call it the Silver Wolves?

Stella only answers Ray's question with one word "yes".

"Is there something about the silver werewolf traits? For example, ears are good, eyes are visible even in the dark."

"I'm not sure if my eyes or ears are good. I've heard they're better than people."

"That's right..."

(We're not gonna have this conversation. I don't know what to do...... can we just brag together without being forced to have a conversation)

There is a large park in the commercial district, where there is a line of dewstores selling a variety of things.

From groceries such as vegetables and fish, small items such as dishes and knives, and accessories such as hair decorations and necklaces also line up affordable items.

"That's a lot of stuff. Something bothering you or something?

Stella shakes her head small and only answers "No". Ray laughs bitterly at Stella's behavior as expected.

"Right...... I'm going to buy Ash some accessories, what do you think I'd like?

I don't know.

I try to establish a conversation somehow, but Ray's ability to communicate doesn't keep me talking.

"That's right. I'm buying a souvenir for Ash, so I want you to look at it with me..."

The two take a peek at the outdoor store where they keep the accessories.

While I was hanging out, a young man from a seller caught me in an outdoor shop.

"Mercenary brother. Why don't you tell her otherwise? I think this necklace looks better than that plain scarf. Why don't you try it on?

When I heard what Ray would do to Stella,

"My husband has ordered me not to remove my scarf in public. If Lady Ray is going to order you, I will remove it..."

(That's right! He was wearing a slave collar. I forgot......)

Ray had forgotten the existence of a collar around which slaves could be put on their necks. And here in Lax, I recall that the existence of slaves should be hidden as much as possible.

"Sorry! Let's go somewhere else!

He takes Stella's hand and runs out on the spot.

She was running through a plaza lined with dewstores as Ray drew her hand.

It didn't look like Ray, but Stella's face had a look of surprise and confusion.

If he had looked back, he would have seen her besides his usual faceless face, but he never turned around.

Ray finally stopped just past the square. And again, I apologized to Stella.

"I'm sorry about earlier. I really forgot."

Stella didn't know what the apology meant and said, "What is it about?" Ask the opposite question. Ray didn't know how to answer, he was vaguely clouding his words.

(You don't really care about yourself... you don't care because you're a slave from birth...)

I was a little out of my mind, but when I took a breath and looked around, a small shop was coming to the corner of the line.

One of its stores is a line of rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc., find an accessory store and go inside.

As soon as I went inside, a young woman, who looked like a clerk, approached me to respond.

"Sir, are you looking for something? Can I give you a present?

"Oh, I'm thinking of giving another woman a gift, do you have any recommendations?

The clerk is surprised at Ray's soft waist, which does not seem like a mercenary, but immediately reviews Ray's appearance,

(Oh, good looking armor. He may be the son of a knight in samurai training. But what does this guy have to do with anything? I might sell two if it works......)

She leads them to a relatively expensive shelf of merchandise in this store, not to miss out on customers.

"If you want to give them a gift, how about a silver necklace that symbolizes these three moons? I think it would suit you if it matched the silver color of your hair."

"The necklace... is there anything else?

"So how about a bracelet or something that mimics this star? I'm a swordsman with you, and if you're a bracelet, I don't think you can get in the way?

The bracelet was carved into a thin silver ring about a cm wide, to be watermarked by a pentagram.

"What's the price?

"I'd like to say 60 C (krona), but let me say one half gold coin, 50 C."

(Is it 50C? Fifty thousand yen, right? Is it expensive or cheap? I don't feel like it's anything of a price to give to a woman I haven't known for a while... the stars are carving it in, so I'm just named Stella... we'll think about it later)

"I'll see about the other one first. I'm a tall, slightly burnt swordsman..."

As Ray explained what Ashley looked like, the clerk approached Ray, in his ear.

"Which woman is your destiny? Are you with us? Or the other? No way both?"

"Also, it's the other one! Ri, I don't know about both..."

Seeing Ray turn red, I mistakenly assume that the beginner knight's son makes a gift to the coveted lady knight.

(Oh, it's really turning red. That means for you, the longing for fate, you're going to buy a pretty good one...)

"So what about this and so on?

The clerk offers a top silver necklace imitating a sword.

"It's a silver sword on your chest, and I think it looks good on your burnt skin in the day. It also means“ I will be your sword ”or“ I will give you my sword ”. If you're a swordsman, you'll love it."

When asked about the price, this is a piece of gold, said Hundred C.

(100,000 yen... I've never bought a gift like that... I've never given anything to a woman in the first place...)

"Mr. Stella, do you think I'd be happy to present this to Ash?

"I don't know...... what effect does that have?

"Effectiveness?"

Stella says nothing more to Ray tilting her neck.

(It doesn't work. You think maybe it's a magic trick? I was wondering if it would do anything for you because you're a warrior... Ash is going to say the same thing... but have you been a little bit fashionable?

Ray thoughtfully buys that pendant and has it wrapped clean.

(Should I give Stella something as well? But it's a funny story to buy the same day as Ash... and also to give Mr. Deoddard a gift without saying no...)

After buying a gift for Ashley, eat at the outdoor store.

Easy meal just bought skewered meat and fruit juice, sit on a bench nearby and eat, then head back to the inn.

Returning to the inn, Ray immediately hands Ashley a silver pendant.

"I found it hanging around the city, it's just a decoration... do you like it?

The wrap was opened, and Ashley, who saw it, rejoiced more than he thought, all the cuddling.

Asked by Ray, who wondered why, Ashley said, in a scuffle,

"I've never had anything like this before. For some reason, all practical stuff... no, I'm glad to hear that..."

Having heard the story, Ray thought again that Ashley was also a woman. And I also recall that Ashley's home was a mercenary family and grew up surrounded by mercenaries.

(As far as Ash's story goes, I guess he was giving away practical supplies, weapons and protective equipment for her... I don't know. I thought Ash would want something practical. But I'm glad I bought it out of the blue. Because I didn't think you'd be so happy...)

Ashley looked at the necklace and said, "By the way, did you also give something to Lord Stella?," he asked insignificantly.

When Ray answers "nothing," he only gives a slightly hoarse look for a moment.

(I knew you were right. Now I might have been in a bad mood if I had bought Stella something too...)

From that day on, Ashley will always be able to wear the pendant so that she can see it when she is removing her armor.

In the evening, Gad came to the inn where they were staying.

"There was a message that Ashley and Ray were staying here. I think we're going a long way. I've been working today, but you can talk to me for a second."

Deoddard, who was listening nearby, told me not to mind, so I was supposed to drink till night at Gad's Inn.

In addition, the Vieri, Cardina sisters, who arrived in Rezam in the evening, joined together and became a grand drinking party.

In it, Ray and Ashley continued to be teased by Vieri, who visibly spotted Ashley's pendant.

Deodard and Stella were back in the room and Deodard had a tired look on his face.

When Stella took the medicine she took, she finally smiled back.

"Did you have fun today?

To Deoddard's question, Stella replies, "Yes... no, I'm not sure..."

"Well, aren't you sure... but you've come up with something, haven't you?

"... I asked Master Ray to hold my hand... he talked to me a lot..."

Stella's gaze, answering that, looks ahead to Deoddard.

"Well, did you talk a lot? Right...... Stella doesn't like you Ray?

After thinking for a few moments, he answers "No," and continues in a firm tone, "I don't think I hate you," he said.

Deoddard was smiling, "Right, right," as he stroked Stella's head.
