To Be a Power in the Shadows!

Believe me, there are times when you don't really want to see it, but you do.

"Shadow!!

"Shadow!?

"Shadowy......!?

Unexpectedly about to add a tribute, Beta hastily stopped the words.

Luckily, all the guest seats were paying attention to Shadow, and no one heard Beta's words. Neither Alexia, nor Rose, nor Archbishop Nelson's deputy, could hide the upset from the sudden intruders.

Beta thinks with her open mouth shut. It wasn't supposed to be part of the plan.

But at the same time I think. I don't think the beloved Lord will resort to forceful means without any meaning. There must have been a deep reason she had to, and it's her job to perceive and support it.

Beta instantly regained her calm.

What are we gonna do?

What am I supposed to do?

"I see, is that the shadow"

Nelson shrugged.

"I don't know what you're going to do, but there are the Holy Knights of the Church in the venue. You fools who have overestimated their power. You're not gonna get away with this."

Nelson gives instructions to gather the Holy Knight.

Holy Knight. A knight chosen by Baptism to guard the Church. Its strength is not comparable to that of an ordinary knight. Beta also remembers struggling at a young age with her hands on the Holy Knight of the Church to save the adapter. Though I wouldn't be exposed to anything like that now.

"Shadow, what the hell are you doing..."

Alexia squeaks.

"I hope he's safe... I hope he's not involved..."

Rose was looking around the venue with Kyolo even as she cared about Shadow.

At that time, the venue was stained white.

Ancient letters shine, and it forms one warrior.

Beta combined that fine line of ancient letters and read its meaning.

"Aurora the Witch of Disaster..."

"No way Aurora...?

Beta and Nelson's voices overlapped.

And the light subsided. There, there was the figure of one woman. Violet eyes bright with long dark hair. The black robe is thin, with a deep purple dress to wear inside and clear white skin. She had an artistic beauty as if the sculpture had moved.

"Aurora, what?

Alexia went through the beta and asked Nelson.

"Aurora the Witch of Disaster. A woman who once brought chaos and destruction to the world."

"Aurora the Witch of Disaster... you've never heard of her"

"I don't know either. Dr. Nutmeg knew."

Beta answers Rose's question.

"Mostly just names though"

That's not a lie.

Aurora the Witch of Disaster. Every time I decipher ancient history, the woman appears. But we still don't know what kind of confusion she caused and what kind of destruction she did. It has also proceeded to investigate in Shadow Gardens as an ancient history to be solved, after the mystery of Diabolos.

And today, it turns out Aurora, the witch of disaster. This is a big step. Beta takes notes from the valley of her chest and instantly sketches Aurora's appearance. And also sketch the shadow relative to Aurora. Rather, this way is the main one.

"Is that a novel story?

and Rose.

"Yeah, well..."

Dear Shadow, you look ridiculous today, and Beta closes the note.

"Tell me a little more about Aurora, if you don't mind"

When Beta says it in a fragrant manner, Nelson speaks well.

"There's no reason why you two don't know. I'm rather surprised what Dr. Nutmeg knew. Because Aurora's name is only known in a small part of the church."

That's what Nelson said. The gaze glanced at the valley peeking from Beta's blouse.

"But there won't be a turn for the Holy Knight, will there? Shadow is unlucky too, didn't expect to call Aurora..."

"Are you so strong with Aurora?

Rose asks.

"That's the strongest woman in history. Like a shadow, one hand would do it. Unfortunately, that's all I can talk about."

You'll see later. All I said was that, Nelson shut his mouth.

I don't think the Lord will lose. Beta is annoying. But it's not like I'm not anxious at all.

Aurora the Witch of Disaster. She has the strength to keep her name in history. If the Lord is exhausted in his battle with Aurora and his gap is poked by the Holy Knight.

Sometimes just in case.

And then he came here and Beta guessed that Shadow's intentions were faint. "Unleash the ancient memories of sleeping in the sanctuary," Shadow said. He moved to call Aurora. I decided it was worth it.

The Lord decided that Aurora was the key. Then the beta only follows it.

Beta touched my face crying. That alone would have passed on to Epsilon lurking in the venue. That's a signal to change the plan. Beta trusts Epsilon to do the best she can without telling her details.

"Here we go."

When Nelson prompted me to turn my attention to the venue, there was a shadow pulled out of a pitch-black knife and an appearance of Aurora smiling gracefully with her arms together. That smile is so brilliant and beautiful that I don't think it's just the memory.

"I don't think Shadow would lose that easily..."

It was Alexia who muttered so. She was watching Shadow with a serious look.

Beta was just a little impressed.

The air in the venue is straining.

Dominated by breathless silence.

Shadow and Aurora. They were staring at each other.

Maybe that was an important time for both of us to feel something for each other.

And.

The battle began somewhere unfortunate.
