The Secret Journey Begins with Becoming a Pirate

Chapter 8: Pirate's Infighting

Seeing the blue and white star position, which is the position on the other side of the wall, Elok said casually:

"I'll go over there and have a look. Captain."

Lipton didn't look up, and ignored Elok.

The torch in his hand is already lacking in stamina, and the fire is much smaller. With the help of extra vision, Elok walked towards the blue and white star.

From a distance, Elok saw a man with dark blue hair carrying an oil lamp seriously observing the mural on the wall.

This is similar to Elok's hobby. He shouted from a distance:

   "Roger's second mate."

The dark blue-haired man turned his head, saw Elok, and replied:

"Elokke? How did you find me."

"It's a coincidence. I was looking at the mural on the other side, and I planned to look at the mural on this side." Elok replied with a smile.

"Oh? I didn't expect our hobbies to be the same?"

"Yeah. I didn't expect it." Ailock replied dubiously.

Roger turned his head and continued to observe the mural in front of him with the help of the faint firelight, and said to himself:

"Those people don't understand that mural painting is the richest thing in the temple."

stepped forward, Elok said in agreement:

"Yes, the murals here are rich in content."

"Yeah. But the murals here are very strange." Roger said.

Elok asked in surprise: "Oh? How strange."

"The murals on this wall turned out to be the lives of elves in the forest of elves. There is nothing about the gods. Don't you think it is strange? In a temple, all the paintings are the lives of elves?" Roger turned his head. Looking at Elok, "Even the spirit of the elves, it shouldn't be like this."

Hearing this, Elok began to carefully look at the mural in front of him.

After a long time, Elok nodded:

"indeed so."

   Seeing Elok’s approval, Roger added:

"Moreover. The protagonist in the painting should be the **** of this temple, and I can't see the face."

Seeing that Elok is still carefully observing the content of the mural. Roger asked:

"Is that the same with the mural over there?"

Elok shook his head, "No, it's not. The story over there is the war story of the gods."

   "Can you elaborate on it?"

looked away from the mural, Elok recalled. The content of the mural over there was explained to Roger in detail. But the mural from which the right hand escaped was omitted.

  ······

"So, this is the temple of the Nemesis?" Roger looked into Elok's eyes.

   "I think so."

Hugging his arms, Roger said in a low voice:

"As far as I know, the Goddess of Nemesis is a Cthulhu. And it is also a horrible existence among the Cthulhu. All countries rank him as the most dangerous Cthulhu."

When Elok heard these words, his breathing was a little bit difficult.

   "Ahem, no."

"Why not? He is the most terrifying god." Roger looked around sneakily, "It is said that he killed the god. I think it is the man painted on the mural."

"Who is the hapless god?" Elok asked.

hasn't waited for Roger to answer. The entire hall of the temple suddenly began to shake, and some rocks fell from the top, and the falling dust made Elok cough twice.

As if to recollect whether he said something wrong, Elok was fed up with his crow mouth and shouted:

"Not the hapless god, that **** god. Damn it. Oh~~ I was wrong."

Roger frowned on the side, and a fighting voice came from a distance, shouting to Elok:

"Don't be stupid, it's the fight over there."

Elok stopped his useless shouts, heaved a sigh of relief, and turned to look over there. Under the additional vision, the gray shadows and the three-color weird stars were beating up and down.

He immediately realized that it was Leptun and Solok.

Roger looked to the side where the sound was coming from, and said quickly:

"It must be the captain and Solok. Let's pass."

He hurriedly led the way. Elok followed behind. Encountered a corpse, the corpse of a pirate sailor.

Roger looked down and observed the wound.

"Sorok did it. I guess there are not many people left. We'll be there soon."

is getting closer, but no longer can hear the sound, and the temple no longer shakes. Only saw two torches burning weakly on the ground. In front is a huge idol. The light of the torch could not illuminate higher places, only the lower body of the idol was slender, which seemed to be a female.

At the foot of is an altar, and the small stone box is placed on the altar. The dagger on the stone box was gone.

is the one Elok sees on the mural.

Elok's pupils shrank, and he was even more convinced that there was a part of Cthulhu's speculation.

Close your eyes, and in Elok's sight, the three-color star representing Solok has gradually dimmed, and finally flickered and lost its color.

And the gray shade also looked sluggish than before.

   Roger said to the surroundings:

   "What happened, Captain."

After a while, Roger always stood still. Elok was also frozen by this atmosphere. Until the left side came the voice of Captain Lipton:

   "It's nothing, Roger."

Lipton slowly walked out of the shadow on the left, drooping his eyelids. He held a dagger in his right hand. There are fresh blood stains on it.

   Roger smiled slightly:

"I already knew that Soroc wanted to rebel. Sure enough, he came, or the captain is better. After all, he is one level higher than us."

Lipton finished listening to Roger's flattery.

"Don't talk about nonsense. Call up the staff."

"I'm afraid Solok has killed them all. I saw several corpses on the way." Roger said with an open hand.

Lipton narrowed his eyes, "Damn Solok. Bah, it's dead."

He turned his head and looked at the box on the altar. Elok and Roger also followed his gaze and looked at the box.

"Hey, treasure." Leptun smiled. Greedy gleamed in his eyes.

   Elok interrupted untimely:

"Ah, Captain. Please allow me to interrupt. Isn't it better for this box to open?"

Lipton smiled contemptuously. No longer care about Elok.

What I really want to say is that this box is already empty. It is the right hand of an evil god, are you sure to open it? Don't be afraid of being slapped to death, you are not afraid of me.

Who knew that Lepton had such a tone, the angry Elok's nose was crooked. Humph, don't hold me if you miss. I kindly advised you to come.

The surface of the stone box is carved with unknown patterns, and on the lid is carved a nine-pointed star formed by the intersection of three triangles. There is a gap in the middle of the lid.

That is where the dagger was inserted.

Touching the pattern on the surface of the box, Leptun took out the stone dagger that had been discarded by Elok from his arms, with the handed one on it.

   showed a weird smile:

   "The key, haha."

are you crazy. Take the statue you picked up as the key. Elok was madly complaining in his heart.

suddenly remembered something. Touched the souvenir on his chest. No way, no way. The souvenir of the stone dagger I picked up.

Now that I think about it, the more I think about it, the more it looks like the dagger in the box on the mural.

Elok spit out frantically. I lost it, my wife today...that's it! !

After the first attempt was unsuccessful, Leptun gave a thud in his heart.

After trying again, he smashed the statue vigorously and cursed:

   "Damn it, it's not."

Roger smiled weirdly behind Elok, and said seductively:

"Maybe you should try to open it directly."

It seems that Captain Lipton's state is not quite right, a bit chaotic, and very irrational. This has manifested since the time of disembarkation. It's more serious now.

Lipton’s eyes were full of madness:

"That's right, hahaha. I can't just smash him."

He directly grasped the lid of the box with his hands and lifted it up forcefully. Elok stayed away decisively.

A gap opened, and some black smoke leaked out, but it was not obvious in the dark environment.

But Elok saw it, his eyes opened slightly and his pupils tightened. Breathing becomes rapid. He followed the flow of smoke and looked behind him. Roger, who was there, is no longer visible, but the blue and white stars are still shining.

The light of Roger's oil lamp has disappeared, only the light of two torches under his feet is still shining.

Lipton lifted the lid of the stone box vigorously, and was suddenly taken aback when he saw the empty interior.

At this moment, Elok saw the blue and white stars twinkling suddenly.

Lipton seemed to feel something, and hurriedly flashed backwards.

A faint transparent air blade cut a strand of Leptun's hair. Falling to the ground.

After a rollback, Leptun let out a mocking snort:

"I have been on guard for you a long time ago. UU reading www.uukanshu.com Roger. Humph."

   body shape disappeared suddenly.

Under the firelight, Roger's figure appeared in the distance, and Leptun suddenly appeared behind him. A dagger slashed across Roger's neck. But was resisted by unknown forces.

Lipton frowned slightly, but did not stop at all. The figure disappeared again.

Roger rolled on the ground for a week, a sudden gust of wind blew in the air, and Elok couldn't open his eyes.

   only heard Roger's voice:

"Got you."

then cast two consecutive air blades on that side.

The gust of wind stopped suddenly, and Leptun simply showed his figure and rolled on the spot, avoiding the two air blades.

then bent down, took out a few darts from his boots, and threw them at Roger.

This interrupted Roger's spellcasting again. Forcing him to use that unknown ability to resist damage again.

At this time, Leptun has been lost again.

Roger looked around warily. But there was a weird smile.

"Dear Captain, the longer the time, the more dangerous it is."

stayed for a few seconds, but it seemed that a whole century had passed.

Roger suddenly fell straight forward, and Leptun, who suddenly appeared behind him, flashed a dagger in his hand, and flew into the air.

At the moment when Leptun was in the air, two wind blades seemed to come in preparation, passing through Leptun's body from the bottom up. Blood gushes out.

Roger rolled around on the ground, avoiding Leptun who had fallen from the sky, paying no attention to the gentleman's demeanor.

got up and patted the dust on his body. Smiling and tilting his head to look at Elok.

After seeing Elok’s movements, he shouted in horror:

   "Don't!!!"
