The Marquess's Amnesia

Section 27. Five stories, one advice.

At the end of the meeting, fewer and fewer people are coming from the large conference room.

Ugh, exhale and rub with your fingers to loosen the wrinkles between your brows. I don't like the fact that we only talk about headaches. War is not a busy thing.

This building is called the Conference Tower. There's a meeting room in everything except the third floor, which is halfway between the five floors, and every day, there's some kind of meeting going on there.

"Sir."

If you look up, Frederick came this way. He leans back and forth from the Mansion and the Knights and asks them to run with it, so he leans back and urges them to report it.

"That woman is number four. And he said the treatment was over."

"Treatment?"

"Elsa took a little retribution for your wife."

Frederick tells pale. Reach for the glass and drink the water as you hear it.

With that said, I remembered that red blood was dripping from the cheek of the woman held down by Elsa.

She is a little bit of an excellent, hater of too many hands and feet, but will have no choice but this time. I don't know what you did, but if you're alive, I don't care what you do. Elsa will know about that area, too.

"I went to your room earlier, and I think your wife is feeling a little sick."

"Say it first."

I tried to get up in a hurry, but Frederick kept my shoulder down and I went back to my chair. What the hell, looking back, Frederick still can't read his expression with a cool face.

"In the morning, she had a visitor.... The Duke of Hooksberger is here, and his wife welcomes him."

The moment I hear that name, I stand up and walk out silently. I couldn't stop it this time. I left the conference room as it was and found him in the lobby that existed in the middle of each conference room. Dark blonde with sharp, scissor-colored eyes. Behind him his butler refrains like a shadow. Just call off the Duke's back as he tries to leave after standing up with the civilian who was at the meeting.

"Duke of Hooksberger"

"... oh, Mr. William"

The Duke, looking back, turns to me with a mean grin like a cat.

"I was sent to say hello to your wife before the afternoon meeting. Thanks for the other day."

"I told you the other day that I don't mind seeing you only when I'm around?

"But you and I have been very busy and we haven't had time to meet. It's okay, there was that scary samurai by your wife's side the whole time. Wow, she is. I laughed calmly and refrained, but never failed to be vigilant"

"Be careful. It's a terrible thing to hate to hurt your husband, and if you put your hand in it, your arm will fly."

"Ha ha, that's noise"

The Duke laughed out loud, laughing ridiculously.

From the side, it would just seem like me and him are very happy to talk in. From the outside, the brilliant and beautiful world holds a dreary ugly object in the bottom of its belly.

"Speaking of which, have you heard?... Two cats of parents and children, the Duke, came into our house early in the morning."

Scissor-colored eyes seeped a slight surprise.

He is also busy, and once inside this, the servant is restricted in and out. Frederick can come and go because he is my butler and at the same time has the title of special assistant division chief. It is common to have constant and varied meetings and meetings throughout the morning throughout this building and not be contacted. Besides, the Duke was in the royal residential area in the morning at a board meeting in which the king would also participate, and he would not be contacted unless there was much left to do so.

"First thing in the morning, the mother cat was another carriage carrying the Duke's crest, and the daughter was a carriage carrying the Count's crest, and suddenly, without any foretaste, she came aboard."

The Duke's eyes were slightly distracted.

More importantly, Sandra came into our home in a carriage engraved with the Duke of Hooksberger's house, as if she were behaving with the Duchess. Margaret is still fine because it was the carriage of Count Ayton's house. Since the Count Ayton family is the home of Liliana and Cedric, it's not a big deal if you come to our house. Everyone will be convinced that you've come to see me inside.

But it's like the Marquis of Springfield and the badly reconciled Duke of Hooksberger visiting our house first thing in the morning and telling other noblemen to look and rumor as they please, such as the former Countess of Ayton, who just got separated the other day, coming in that carriage. Our servant said Sandra came to our house with the carriage window open so she could see her face. There's no more interesting story for the nobles if it's other personnel that Sandra, who should have been separated, is in the carriage of the Duke's house.

Maybe the Duke isn't more willing to welcome Sandra to his late wife, and in the first place, he hasn't told anyone that he's protecting Sandra. And Sandra, who was paralyzed, came out hard.

The Duke says something to the butler behind him, and the butler disappears somewhere when he makes the meeting.

"... what happened to the cat?

"If you're young, I caught you and threw you in a cage because you were attacked by your wife. If you've eaten in years, we've locked you in our guest room so you don't run away anymore because you've still grown up."

"Are you sure you're hurt?

"I'd rather be thrown into a cage..."

"I don't care about that girl. The Marquise. When we met earlier, my brother couldn't stand because you were asleep on her lap, and I told him not to stand either. No way, were you hurt?

In a slightly unexpected word I shake my neck to the side.

"I was there, too, and my wife didn't have any physical injuries because Elsa caught the cat. But those two stupid cats pushed me to be my wife for some reason."

"The young cat was ordered to be placed under house arrest... until they decided who to marry."

The Duke of Boulder also zeroed his sigh as he chewed down the bitter worm.

I guess that girl came out because we've decided who to marry. Even if I say it's settled, I don't remember accepting anything, so it's a self-centered assumption.

"Didn't I say so? I tried to introduce him to a great owner around the corner, but the Duke left it at hand, didn't he? If your feelings change, you can't keep everything."

Alphonse, who was at some meeting as Prince Wang, appeared out of nowhere and put his hand on my shoulder and said: Kaddock stands next to Frederick and watches what happens.

Empty eyes stare at the Duke with a gentlely narrowed but sharp light behind him.

"... the mother cat will be picking it up soon. Daughter Cat doesn't mind if you like it.... I'm not thankful for that, I'm an unbridled cat"

Alphonse dyed his face with joy and laughed at the garlic.

"That's good! I have a business meeting to wrap up! Thanks to the Duke, we're going to have a good story!

"If I can be of service to Your Highness, it would be an extra honor."

Alphonse nodded to Eagle Fling at the duke who took his benefactor's thank you.

"Rest assured, Duke. Let's have a great owner on that one and promise to give him the happiness of a perpetual heist. But the Duke."

The Duke, who kept his head down, raised his face slightly.

"I don't know what kind of favor you have for a mother cat... but don't try to leave the Duchess in your heart with the pain in your cat's nails."

The voice of Alphonse was as quiet and serene as the sea that was covered.

The Duke closed his eyes firmly. The fist gripped beside his body is slightly trembling. Maybe he's putting up with wanting to yell. Alphonse's words, for him, were unbearable.

"... I'll remember the liver"

Spit out so hard, the Duke woke up.

"Then pick up the mother and cat early, and don't neglect to say it too often."

The Duke just walked away when he nodded deeply back on his heels and just disappeared across a wave of people coming out of another conference room after the meeting.

I turn to the upstairs floor where the dormant room lines up with Alphonse when he tells me to come.

The upper floors are much quieter than the lower floors lined with meeting rooms. I hurry to the room in the back where Liliana is while I get up early.

"... you, you know? Prince Wang and his deputy division chief, fake twin theory"

"Oh, I know. I know. Prince Wang's me and the deputy division chief's me are separate, actually, one-egg twin brothers theory, right? But one way or the other, the deputy division chief is more my vegan."

The usual Alphonse laughed ridiculously at Kerakera.

Even though Alphonse was with His Royal Highness Prince Wang when he was deputy division leader for twenty-three years, Alphonse is so different that even William would want to suspect him. One excellent but championed, one wonderful successor full of majesty. I also know what makes you want to doubt it.

"By the way, how far are you willing to follow me?

"Huh? If I were you, I'd say hello to Lily and think I'd hold Seddy"

I followed you to the front of the room. Stop at Alphonse. Eric, the knight on the table, stretched his spine further straight, which was originally straight to the sudden appearance of Alphonse.

"I'm sorry, but I can't today. They got tired and sick from the rubbing together."

"That's tough"

Tight, empty eyes wobble in surprise.

"Then let's arrange for Dr. Morgan to let us in. You'd rather have a doctor you saw, wouldn't you? Or should I call a woman doctor?

"No, Morgan's better. Can you ask for it?"

"Of course."

"Thank you. Al will be back in the Knights first, until the example human trafficking organization's debriefing meeting."

"Fine, but, uh, hey, granny, can you do whatever I want?

"I don't mind... but I think Elsa hurt him."

I don't know the details, so I turn to Frederick. Frederick hoisted the end of his mouth happily.

"The fragments of your own teacup cracked on the left half of your beautiful face were a mess as if Elsa had pushed it into your mind. The treatment is minimal, I asked for it, so I think the fine fragments have been removed and the bleeding stopped."

Frederick sneered a delightful laugh.

I get emotional that we're a couple of similarities. I feel more horrible about Frederick, who doesn't know what he's thinking, than a straightforward Elsa. Anyway, that Elsa is no match for Frederick.

"Uh, what, that sounds interesting! Kaddock! Let's go! I'll give Lily and Sedy something to see you later!

Alphonse, who made his face shine all the time, returns his heel just to say so and leaves early with Caddock. Kaddock rushed after that back. Frederick also tells him, "Then I'll bring Dr. Morgan," and drops him off to follow that back, slaps Eric on the shoulder with a pound, takes the labor, and goes inside.

This dormant room has a little special specification, so there is a refrain room before entering the room.

Julia, a female knight, was present in front of the door connecting the back room from the refrain and returned the knight's thanks.

"What other guests besides the Duke?

"No one else"

"Right."

Julia nodded a little confused, opening the door for me.

The curtains were closed and dim in the room, but Cedric, who noticed me, rushed right over to me. Grab a hug of Cedric, who buried his face in my belly. The usual smile isn't there.

Gu, I heard you sipping your nose in my ear.

"What's the matter, Sedy?"

This one also asks Cedric as he walks toward the bed where the curtains are closed.

"Hey, Sama... Hiccups, snacks... heh"

Hard work, Cedric tries to spin words so he doesn't leak whimpers.

Ariana, who came beside me, told me, "Until earlier, I put up with it without crying..." Apparently my pretty little brother was relieved to see my face. With the feeling of being loving, hold Cedric back and kiss the pale gold hair next to his face.

"What about Liliana?

Ask Elsa, who had refrained by the bed.

"I will be sleeping. I was wondering if I should arrange for a doctor because the fever seems a little high."

"I'm asking for Dr. Morgan. I want to see your face."

Elsa opened the curtain that was surrounding the bed when she loosened her expression as relieved.

Liliana sleeps trying to sink into the sea of white sheets. I found my white cheeks dyed red on Russia and my chest looked painfully up and down. I sit beside Cedric holding him.

"Can't we go back to the mansion yet?

"The Duke just found out this morning because he had a meeting with His Majesty the King. You'll be able to go back at night... but it depends on Liliana's capacity."

"Yes, sir."

"I'll be here for another hour, so Elsa and Ariana come and take a break once in the dining room. If you two fall, Liliana will pity you and I will be in trouble."

"... Yes, sir."

I felt a little resistance to the reply, which was opened for a few seconds, but Elsa bowed her head to me and changed the towel placed on Liliana's forehead before leaving the room with Ariana.

In the room alone, I sit back in bed and hold Cedric back, too. Cedric keeps clinging to my neck. Face Liliana as she gently strokes her little head.

Are you asleep deep or not? No sign of waking up. Holding the hand that was out of the futon was very hot, either because of the heat or the luxurious hand that was usually limp somewhere.

"Oh, yeah... hey, dude, bu?

"Oh, I'm fine. Morgan will be here soon, and so will I. So it's okay, Sedy."

Cedric's white cheeks, raised in his face, were wet in tears, and he wetted those tears with the opposite hand of holding Liliana's hand, kissing her forehead to soften. Cedric clings to my neck again and grows up when he kisses me back on the cheek. I waited just quietly for Morgan to arrive, giving up his back.
