The Magus of Genesis

Episode 5: Unexpected Strike/Unexpectedly Strike

"Flames."

If it had been me before, there would have been a fire that would have engulfed the whole house even with such a short spell. To shrink it to palm size, two verses needed a spell.

However, the flames overflowing from the pages of my scratched book enveloped a moist mass of soil just the right size and instantly turned into bricks.

"... yeah. After all, this is more convenient than I thought."

The book depicts a beautiful true circle and the magic formation of the Seven Lights Star. It's like a limiter, limiting the power to the size of a book, while ending its duration almost instantly.

The pages of the book depict various magic formations, which can be used separately by application. It was more comfortable than I expected not to have to draw a magic formation either.

"Okay, we're done!

I turned the page of the book and took out the magic formation of the Pentagon.

"Slowly fall."

I don't have to bother using the magic team because I'm good at flying magic, but I dared to try that effect. I jump off the roof making sure the magic team shines and the floating sensation envelops my whole body.

"……… Whew!?

As soon as I did, I screamed at my body, which began to fall at an unusual rate.

On the verge of being beaten to the hard ground, my body is taken to the periphery with soft branches.

"………… What are you doing?"

Nina looked down at me with a cold gaze as I scratched out the bass and leaves.

"No, I'm sorry, I didn't slow down more than I thought. Thanks for your help."

Maybe the circle of the magic formation was too small. Probably needed to be big enough for my whole body to go in to support my body.

It's good to use magic formations to stabilize the effect, but the downside is that you don't know how effective it is until you actually try it.

"Seisei, you made it!?

You heard my falling noise, the students, starting with Lynn, come and open their eyes to what they could do there.

What I created was a schoolhouse and residence consisting of all three floors made of white bricks.

On the ground floor there is a dining room and kitchen, lined with rooms for the students.

Upstairs is a room for classes, such as classrooms and laboratories.

And on the third floor, we arranged a faculty room and a library room. Even so... I still have very few books to deliver.

"It's big, brother!

The red-haired boy, looking up at it and breathing in admiration, is one of the swordsmen. It's Utaka, Kenobe.

Son of Ataka, grandson of Ataka.... From Yuki's point of view, it becomes a relationship with my nephew's great-grandson.

Age is fifteen this year. He's still short, but in a guttering physique, and he's calm for what he looks like.

"I mean - Sense, isn't this a little too big -?

Next to it, it is the water colour of the elves who give their thoughts in some prolonged tone.

Apparently she hits Mr. Purple's junior. Still young, guardian of the woods.

As the name suggests, the watery flowers on her hair look very good on her, but she did not look good on her face and her words and actions were somewhere light.

As she pointed out, even considering that the school building is three stories long, it should be noted that it is built considerably larger than a normal building.

"Let it go, let it go, let it go, let it go, let it go."

Ruffle mouths his trembling voice as he grabs hold of it.

If you're just going to say it by her looks, she's about ten years old and adorable.

However, it is five meters tall. I've been a student abroad for a few years now, I was a Giant child.

"It's decided for you! That's why I don't cry!

It is Tia who is desperately raising her voice beside it.

Contrary to Ruffle, she looks like a woman about twenty years old if only she looks.

But that body of an insect-like, winged little fairy on his back was so small that he rode into a man's palm.

I feel strongly against that physique and often yell at Ruffle to make him cry.

Put Lynn in. These five are the guys we're going to be doing in college.

"Yeah. Well, it's not just for Ruffle. I'm pretty big, too."

Until now, only Ruhul has had to peek into the window from outside the classroom to participate, but this building allows us to study together.

"I guess the strength of this is okay."

Nina, who was coming next door at some point, asked pompously.

"Of course. I made it so that I wouldn't freak out that I rode."

Unlike elementary schools, which were bungalows, university buildings are hierarchical structures. I made a good calculation that it would be tough if I stepped through the floor.

"Can I try?

Saying, Nina stands pin and finger. As soon as the trees grew out of her surroundings.

"Well, good..."

It's okay, it should be.

In front of my eyes, anxious as I thought so, a wooden arrow bullet crashed into the walls of the school building.

"…… not surprisingly sturdy."

Nina whines in a tone that just beats her tongue.

After all, the wall was safe.

Strong bricks have no scratches and I stroke my chest down with relief.

"I've done some proper testing on this one, and I'm fine. I knew it would be nice to restrain it from the ingredients. The endurance is completely different if you keep the magic from the time of mud."

I stroked the school building with Pompong, and I said in a good mood.

It's a similar story to when I made paper out of Behemoth's skin.

Keep it hard at the point of mud, and heat it up and sinter it, and the strength of the magic will be encased in bricks. It was this way that I arrived after many failed attempts at architecture in brick.

"Sounds fun! I'll try too!

Lynn said it was quick, or a lot of water came down like a bullet.

"Hey..."

Whatever it takes, it's too strong!

The sound of water hitting the brick roof like a machine gun makes me unwittingly disoriented.

It feels like every minute for just a few seconds.

"Ooh...... Yay!

I accidentally cheered on the school building, which kept its appearance without collapsing.

"Hey, Sense. Can I do the Atashi, too?

"…… well, be gentle."

I nodded when I said so, pulling the sleeve of my clothes.

The power of the four students is already well known.

Their magic shouldn't have as much output as Nina and Lynn.

"I know."

In light condition, the water color laughs and protrudes toward the school building.

"Then... the invisible, the shapeless, the leaf-shaking, the maiden of the free wind. Run ahead as I show you, be the arm of a giant and shoot his men!

Along with the watery spell, a terrible storm broke out.

"It's not all I can do!

Ruffle wraps his big hand around Tia, who screams and is about to be flown.

The walls of the school building swayed billibly, along with a roar as if the cannon had been fired.

It's strong enough that not only Tia, but even I'm about to be taken with me.

But the school building could stand it too.

"Hey, willing to crush!?

"Oh, sorry... I thought Tia was going to fly away."

"Hmm, I knew it wouldn't work."

Nor does it look like Tia cared to yell Ruffle, and the water color points her lips in remorse.

"Then I'll try next, brother."

That's what Utaka said, and he rattled the pebbles he collected all over his hands.

"Fine."

If the boulder was slashed with a sword by the sword department, it would break, but he's around.

Without signs of self-enhancement, Utah just pebbled and shouted.

"Fly, smash!

Shatter!?

Pebbles fly away like meteors and pierce the walls of the school building.

It is a hard and heavy stone debris incomparable with the water released by phosphorus.

I flattened myself by the roaring crushing noise.

"The boulder is my brother!

Seeing the crushed debris, Utah laughs refreshingly.

"My magic won't scratch one."

All the wreckage belonged to pebbles flown by Utah.

"I came with water, wind, dirt, and now fire."

Pick up one of those wreckage and Tia sticks it against the wall of the school building.

"…… Tia, what are you doing?

"Oh, my God, it's settled."

The stone shredded and left white marks on the surface of the wall, with which the fairy drew a beautiful circle.

And from there I draw and stretch the demon wire and bring it to my feet.

"What stretches out the flaming tongue, what wraps around the red clothes, what has sharp horns, what has wit, what is proud and stronger than anyone else, fire dragon."

"No, that is cowardice, isn't it!?

I shouted to Tia, who would let her touch my feet and chant.

The spell is a spell that uses my power.

"Hold that exhalation and burn it down!

An oversized fireball is born in a magical circle and landed straight on the wall of the school building.

"Did you do it!?

"Don't do it!

Look out for the smoke, Tia.

Because I resisted, my powers were barely used on the boulder, but it's still a terrific smoke. With so much power in the boulders, this school building is not safe...

"That's amazing."

Nina leaks an exclamation. That was a rare, pure word of praise for her.

"It's intact."

The smoke blast cleared and she was right to show up. There was nothing missing, it looked like a school building.

"Chip......... well fine. It's your turn next."

"Wow, I'm fine. He made me a big, unbreakable home."

Urged by Tia, Ruffle shook his head to the side.

"Oh. Sturdy, as you can see, with origami. Rest assured."

"Ugh!

When I said that, the giant girl laughed joyfully.

"Well, shall we decide on room splitting first?"

"I don't know!

"Ah, stay, Tia."

Ruffle follows Tier with his big body as he wings and enters the school building first.

The body was broken. Where there is nothing.

Her head was struck by the walls of a thoughtful school building… and she could stand the magic several times, smashing it to pieces. I stare sharply as the contents of the room are exposed with a tremendous breaking noise and fragments of paralysis and brick fall off.

"…… don't do it."

Only Tia's words sounded empty.
