Protection: The thickness of the main armor belt midship is 55 mm, and the fore and aft are gradually reduced to 25 mm; the armor thickness of the horizontal deck is 55 mm (the thickest part), and the non-vital parts have no armor.

The conning tower armor thickness is 90 mm; the main turret panel armor is 60 mm.

Power: 12 naval-type boilers, two steam turbines, twin-shaft propulsion. The output is 31,000 horsepower.

Speed: 28 knots (design value).

Members: 465 (about 110 more on the basis of the wartime establishment).

It can be said that this ship will be built and will become the main cruiser of the Romanian Navy.
