I took leave for the first time this month, and it was a bit overwhelming.

I go to bed at 2 o'clock every day and get up at 7 o'clock in the morning. Then on the weekends, I can sleep a little longer to make up for the five days of sleepiness.

There is another case today. There is an old case from many years ago. We have been busy for half a month and have just begun to get some insights. I'm fine at the moment, but I have a headache and aches all over my body. In this year's physical examination, I failed 21 items.

It is necessary for me to sleep an extra hour every day. From tomorrow on, I will arrange my time more reasonably and try my best to work and update at the same time.
