Sherlock stared at the boat floating on the lake and said thoughtfully.

"He used some kind of magic on this boat, and only one of us can get on it."

While he was talking, Dumbledore had already walked close to the boat. He gently touched the edge of the boat, like a carpenter studying what materials the hull was made of.

"Yes, he used magic on this boat, but his magic power was not so strong at that time, or he subconsciously ignored something."

Dumbledore said, and raised his wand.

"The magic on this boat restricts adult wizards. Riddle looked down on young wizards under the age of sixteen and other non-human magical creatures. He thought that such people would not be able to find this place, so there is a loophole in the restriction, and we can take advantage of this loophole."

As he spoke, he also waved his wand.

With just a simple wave and shake, Dumbledore's body underwent amazing changes.

His whole body shrank rapidly, and the black robe on his body turned into jet-black feathers. Two seconds later, he turned into a crow.

Dumbledore, who turned into a crow, flapped his wings lightly and landed on Sherlock's shoulder. He opened his sharp beak and commanded Sherlock in his still old voice.

"Okay, we can go up now, Sherlock. Be careful not to touch the lake water on the boat."

Sherlock did not show much surprise at Dumbledore's extraordinary human transformation method. He had seen such skills many times before.

Sherlock stepped into the ghost boat. After he walked in, the boat automatically started to move and glided towards the center of the lake.

"I can understand turning into a small animal like a bird, but why did you choose a crow, professor?" Sherlock asked.

Dumbledore, who was standing on his shoulder, mentioned another thing instead.

"Do you know why Fawkes followed me?"

"Because... you helped it before?"

"Maybe that's one aspect, but the main reason is that every member of the family I come from is born with an affinity for creatures like phoenixes, so Fawkes, who actually doesn't like wizards, chose to follow me. You have a similar affinity, Sherlock."

Sherlock couldn't help but touch his forehead.

"Are you talking about crows?"

"Yes, in fact, this can be seen from the Patronus Charm or Animagus. You are naturally favored by the crow community. If I stand on you like this, it will make the magic attached to this ship more confusing."

Sherlock silently complained.

"Being favored by crows, I really don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing."

At this time, Dumbledore did not continue the topic with him, but stared at the bottom of the lake around the boat, where a few pale figures flashed by.

"They are following us at the bottom of the boat."

Sherlock had of course noticed the Inferi that were always following them.

"But they don't seem to have any intention to attack?"

"Maybe they haven't discovered that we are not Voldemort, or they have other instructions."

Just then, the boat seemed to hit something hard and suddenly stopped moving forward.

Sherlock stood up and saw a rock island in the middle of the lake.

The island was about the size of Dumbledore's office. The surface of the rock was extremely smooth, and it was obviously not formed naturally.

After walking onto the island, Dumbledore turned back into a human form. He and Sherlock looked side by side at a stone platform in the middle of the island, on which was placed something like a meditation basin.

They walked closer to the stone platform and saw what was stored in the stone basin above.

It was a full basin of emerald green liquid, emitting a glittering phosphorescent light.

Sherlock frowned as he looked at the basin of liquid.

He was not worried about not being able to detect what the liquid was, but even though he had come here, the crescent mark on his left arm still did not react at all.

Something so obviously wrong made Sherlock feel uneasy.

"Are you sure this is where Voldemort hid his Horcruxes, Professor? Is it possible that there are other things he feels important hidden here?"

Dumbledore did not feel the same sense of crisis as Sherlock, and he shook his head.

"What could Voldemort hide so solemnly? With his pride, I can't think of anything else that would take up his energy except Horcruxes."

"But it's still wrong." Sherlock did not hide it, and directly stated the source of his uneasiness, "You know that because of the magic left by my mother, I can sense the existence of Horcruxes, but when I got here, that magic didn't give me any feedback, Professor, this is very wrong!"

Dumbledore did not ignore Sherlock's words, and he frowned slightly when he looked at the emerald green liquid in the stone basin.

"Perhaps some kind of magic isolates your perception? Just like these liquids."

He stretched out his wand and knocked on the stone basin, then reached out to reach into the liquid, but it seemed to be blocked outside by something invisible.

"You cannot put your hands into this liquid, separate it, scoop it dry or pump it out, nor can you use a vanishing spell to make it disappear, use magic to deform it, or change its properties in other ways."

"It might also be able to isolate the sense that your mother left behind."

But Sherlock still felt wrong.

The magic that Sally left on him was due to the soul, and the detection of Horcruxes was naturally at the soul level.

No matter how weird the liquids in the stone basin are, they are still entities. How can physical things affect the perception of the soul?

But at this point, neither Dumbledore nor he would be so willing to return without success.

Looking at the liquid in the stone basin, Dumbledore had obviously come up with a solution.

"This should be the last obstacle he designed. Since there is no other way, his idea should be obvious."

He waved his wand, and a goblet suddenly appeared in his other hand.

Such an action allowed Sherlock to figure out what he was going to do without even guessing.

"Wait, Professor..."

However, before Sherlock could finish speaking, Dumbledore interrupted him.

"Don't argue with me on such matters, Sherlock. I'm much older and wiser than you, and my value is much less than yours."
