Chapter 4: first round

Have you ever imagined that on a certain day, you lost some of your perception and came suddenly and without warning.

The color you used to like becomes a chaotic black curtain. The chaos that you have been listening to is suddenly scary, and your painful arm is full of wounds but you know nothing.

No sight, no hearing ... even, no touch.

As if the whole person is isolated in another universe, quiet, ignorant, empty, dark and deep, you can't feel even a little perception of the outside world.

The connection between the soul and the flesh is lost, so is man still alive.

What happened to you then-desperate, dazed, or indifferent.

Lu Chu knows.

"They all broke down."

————

What the man said is true, it is an infectious disease.

Starting from the first person, some people lost their consciousness one after another, and the whole town fell into panic and chaos. By the second day, the man and he said that the game had completely started.

Lu Chu's family is on the second floor. He faces down the window. Although he cannot see it, he can hear the noise below.

"Why is this happening?" Knowing that he couldn't get a man's answer, Lu Chu still couldn't help but wanted to ask, "Is it because of me?"

After all, he was the only blind person here, except for him, who never had such symptoms in the town.

Source of infection.

He thought of the word the first time.

The man's tone was bland, as if it was official business: "No, this is inevitable, and you are just an accident."

"How do you recover?"

"Irreparable," the man said, "this is the fate of this town."

"Fate? What's that?"

The man walked behind him and looked down, and said slowly: "Chaos, rundown, panic-until perish."

Lu Chu turned to face the man, frowning and asked, "Destroy?"

"So you have to live, to that day."

————

People throughout the town lost more or less a certain sense overnight, some lost all five senses, and some just lost a few of them. But without exception, they all lost sight.

Fear brought by invisible eyes is far more lost than other aspects of perception. Because invisible things are unknown, and unknown is often the most timid.

On the first day, Lu Chu wanted to go downstairs, but was stopped by a man. Although Lu Chu is a gentle person, he is often very opinionated.

"I want to go out."

The face of the man was not good-looking, but Lu Chu didn't see it. He only heard him say indifferently, "Not yet."

Lu Chu closed his eyes, as if he could imagine the chaos outside now, and wailed.

"I'm going out," he repeated.

"What can you do when you go out," the man said, "no one will listen to you."

Can't hear, too late.

Lu Chu didn't say a word, the carrot turned around him all the time, the man pursed his lips, a hand knife went down and knocked directly at Lu Chu. The carrot fell down and yelled fiercely at the man, but was looked at by the man Settled in place.

The man clung to Lu Chu and hugged Lu Chu, stepped into the bedroom, and placed him on the bed. He got up and closed the door, shutting off the bark of radish, while sitting next to the bed, staring at Lu Chu's sleepy face without saying a word.

The next few days, Lu Chu was handcuffed to the bedside by a man, imprisoned in the bedroom, unable to move.

Lu Chu knew that men also cook, he didn't know why men had to stay in the room by themselves. Outside the bedroom window, there was occasionally a desperate sound of roaring croaks from below, and people who heard them felt hairy, even from outside their rooms, from time to time they heard a fierce bang.

The sound of struggling to hit the door more than once made Lu Chu feel the pain outside.

One day, two days, three days ... Lu Chu counted the time he was imprisoned.

Men occasionally go out. When they return, they are full of blood. After bathing, they are still mixed with the fragrance of soap. They are so sweet and terrifying that they seem to indicate the ruin and cruelty of the outside world.

Until the seventh day, the man opened the handcuffs on Lu Chu's hand.

Lu Chu looked up slightly, his godless eyes were covered by some fragmented and long broken hair. After a few days, his cheeks were thin and his face was pale. "Will you let me go?"

"Not yet, today, whatever you want, whatever you want."

"Oh." Lu Chu chuckled, "I want to ask why again. Since I met you, I always seem to ask 'why, why'."

The man said calmly, "I regret having let me in."

Lu Chu shook his head: "There is nothing to regret, you are weird, but even if I don't let you in, what should happen will happen. If you want to restrain me, I still have no room to resist."

"Where's the radish?" Lu Chu changed the subject.

"in living room."

Lu Chu stood up: "I'll go and see."

"Ok."

As soon as Radish saw Lu Chu, he happily ran over and sniffed and sniffed around him. Lu Chu smiled, squatted down, held it in his arms, and stunned: "I'm fine."

On this day, Lu Chu was still restricted in movement, but he was not locked again.

The eighth day of city disappointment.

When Lu Chu woke up, the man did not sit beside himself as usual, and there were no hot meals on the table. He got up, picked up the bamboo stick next to him, and walked out of the bedroom.

As soon as Radish met him, he greeted him. Lu Chu clearly felt that there was still the sound of the man's breathing in the living room.

No one answered.

Lu Chu frowned. He fumbled towards the sofa, reached out and touched the man's cheek. This was the first time he had touched the man's face, his nose was tall, his edges were sharp, and he must have been a good looking man.

The man was touched, suddenly woke up, and sat up.

Lu Chu asked: "What are you doing?"

be quiet.

The needle drop in the room was audible. Even the carrots no longer roared. The space was empty and the cold chill slowly climbed onto Lu Chu's back.

As if after a long time, the man held Lu Chu's palm and wrote a few words with his fingertips in his hand.
