Hogwarts Kryptonian

Chapter 6 Sense of Ceremony

"So, you are that Harry Potter?"

The red-haired boy asked Harry with a mixture of shyness and curiosity.

This young man's name is Ron, and they just met at King's Cross Station.

His mother and sister sent him and his three brothers to Hogwarts by train. Lu Yunkai and Harry plucked up the courage to talk to them, and together they pushed the trolley through a wall and saw Jiu Jiu hidden behind it. And three-quarters of the way to the platform.

And because they were all freshmen enrolling this year, the three people who got on the bus naturally gathered in a box.

"That's him. The one who killed Fu...well, the mysterious man, was him." Lu Yun, who was holding a chocolate frog trying to escape with his hands, replied with a smile.

Harry just bought this from a passing snack truck.

Just now, when each snack passed through his hands, he secretly used the system to estimate the price. All he could say was that selling things on the train was a huge profit, making more money than selling brooms in Diagon Alley!

However, he and Harry had never seen moving chocolates or pictures, so Lu Yunkai didn't stop "rich rich" Harry from making impulse purchases.

It's just the smell of these things...

Far worse than in the Muggle world.

"How could I ever do such a thing!" Harry shook his head, "Ron, don't listen to Yun Kai's nonsense."

While throwing a piece of candy into his mouth.

"So you have..."

Ron pointed to his forehead anxiously.

"Scar?" Harry lifted his bangs.

"Awesome!!" Ron exclaimed.

"Right! It's shaped like lightning. It's really handsome." Lu Yunkai nodded and threw the piece of chocolate frog that had stopped moving into his mouth.

It's not delicious, it doesn't taste like chocolate, it's too sweet.

"Can you please stop talking about this?" Harry shook his head.

"By the way, Ron, your family comes from a wizarding family, right?" Lu Yunkai knew that Harry's scars would always remind him of his parents, whom he had no memory of, so he changed the subject.

"That's right. What's wrong?"

"Then do you know why we have to take the train to go to Hogwarts?" Lu Yunkai looked at Ron seriously and asked: "Isn't there a spell that can allow us to go to school from our homes?"

"Hogwarts is in Scotland, quite far away from London, and the school is protected from wizards using spells."

"Even if the school is protected, wouldn't it be possible to use a spell to teleport us directly from London to the vicinity of the school, and then walk into the campus? We would have to take a long train ride."

"I don't know about that." Ron shook his head.

"Maybe we need a sense of ritual for going to school?"

Suddenly the door of the cubicle opened, and a girl with freckles opened the door. While answering Lu Yunkai's words, she looked around in the cubicle.

"...What's the matter with you?" Lu Yunkai was stunned by the girl who suddenly barged in without knocking on the door.

"Have any of you seen Neville's pet? It's a toad." The girl looked a little worried. "The train will be arriving at the station soon. If you still can't find it, you'll be in trouble."

"Toad? We only have chocolate frogs here." Lu Yunkai shook the snacks in his hand as a farewell.

But the girl didn't seem to realize this, her eyes fell on Harry Potter's forehead.

Lu Yunkai, who noticed her expression, smiled silently.

"That's right, he is Harry Potter." Before the girl could speak, she introduced Harry who was still stunned.

"Nice to meet you." The girl nodded, "My name is Hermione Granger, you guys..."

"My name is Ron. Ron Weasley." Ron said casually while fighting Gummy.

"My name is Lu Yunkai."

"Nice to meet you." Hermione nodded, "The train will arrive at the station soon, you'd better put on your robes quickly."

"Oh, thank you." Lu Yunkai nodded, "Then do you want to continue to help people find toads?"

"Yes! There's really no way." The girl raised her head proudly, closed the door of the box, and left directly.

With a thud, Lu Yun smiled and shook his head.

This girl can say words like ritual, but she can't sell favors! Although she worked so hard to help the man named Neville find a pet, Lu Yunkai felt that he might not appreciate it!

At Hermione's reminder, the three people who had been chatting realized that it was getting late, so they all took out their wizard robes and put them on.

"Your robe is also second-hand?" Ron, who was wearing an old robe, asked when he saw that Lu Yunkai's robe was obviously not new.

"I have no money!" Lu Yunkai smiled naturally, "What? There's no shame in wearing second-hand robes."

"Really?" Ron glanced at his old clothes and then at Harry's brand new robes.

"Of course!" Lu Yunkai said seriously, "Just because I'm poor now doesn't mean I have to wear old clothes in the future. I can just buy them myself when I can make money."

"What you said is so good!" Harry nodded in agreement.

"Okay! You rich man, don't watch our show." Lu Yun laughed, "Let's go, get ready to get off."

"Where's your cat? Don't you want to look for it first?" Ron, who had become more confident after Lu Yunkai's words, reminded him with some gratitude.

"We won't lose it even if we lose it! Don't worry!" Lu Yunkai smiled and shook his head.

It was exactly what Lu Yunkai said. When he got off the train, Chrissy, who had disappeared all the way, appeared out of nowhere and jumped onto his shoulders skillfully.

"Meow, how was your chat with your new friend?"

"Very good." Lu Yunkai glanced at the busy people around him and no one was paying attention, and replied in a low voice: "What are you busy with again?"

"No! Just stay away, otherwise your friend's pet rat will be in trouble if I scare it out of shape."

"……What's the meaning?"

"Meow, that pet mouse turned into a human... Well, you will learn this in school in the future."

"Huh??" Lu Yunkai was stunned and shouted out.

"What's wrong?" Harry, who was looking around, was startled by Lu Yunkai.

"Nothing, I saw Hagrid." Lu Yunkai pointed at the giant approaching like a mountain in the distance.

"Oh! Hagrid!" Harry immediately ran to meet him.

Ron followed.

"What did you say? Is Ron's mouse a human?" Lu Yunkai frowned and asked Chris in a low voice.

"I will keep an eye on that guy for you." Chris said in a nonchalant tone, "Meow, let's go, your friend is calling you!"

"Oh!" Lu Yunkai saw Harry and Ron waving to him in the distance and quickly ran over.

In the wizarding world, maybe people turning into mice is also common?

Who knows!

"Hagrid, this is a friend I met at the Leaky Cauldron, his name is Lu Yunkai." Harry smiled and introduced Lu Yunkai to Hagrid.

"Hello! Hagrid!" Lu Yun greeted Hagrid with a smile.

"Well, I heard from Harry that you have been taking care of him during this time, thank you!"

"We are friends! And I can't say that I take care of him! We just play together." Lu Yun looked at Harry with a smile and nodded.

"Okay." Hagrid suddenly raised his voice and looked at the group of teenagers looking around on the platform, "Attention first-year students! Assemble!!"

A group of about thirty teenagers came over naturally.

"There are only so many freshmen at Hogwarts in a year?" Lu Yunkai glanced at the people around him and asked Hagrid curiously.

"It's not that many this year, but in previous years there wouldn't be more than fifty at most." Hagrid answered Lu Yunkai patiently, and then continued loudly: "Okay, freshmen, follow me!"

"What should we do with our luggage?" Lu Yunkai asked worriedly.

"Don't worry, a house elf will be delivered to your dormitory later." Hagrid replied with a smile.

"Where did this country bumpkin come from? Are you a Muggle? Don't you think it's amazing that you don't have to drag your own luggage?"

A slightly mocking voice sounded next to him.

Lu Yunkai turned his head.

A young man with light blond hair meticulously combed back into his head and delicate facial features was looking at him with a smile.

"What happened to Muggle-borns?" Harry was unhappy when he heard this.

"So, are the rumors on the train true? Harry Potter really came to Hogwarts?" The blond boy did not answer Harry's words, but looked at the lightning-shaped scar on his forehead.

His words immediately aroused whispers from many teenagers around him.

Lu Yunkai immediately understood that there must be a minority of Muggles like himself among the students at Hogwarts. Otherwise, how could a group of eleven-year-old boys know what was so special about Harry Potter?

"I think you should be able to choose your friends. It's better not to hang out with Muggles like this or the Weasley family." The blond boy said still minding his own business.

"What's wrong with me??" Ron was about to explode when he heard this.

Lu Yunkai smiled and stretched out his hand to pull Ron, and then looked at Hagrid who was a little embarrassed next to him.

"Hagrid, should we go?"

"Oh! Yes!" Hagrid glared at the blond boy and coughed lightly, "You all should follow! If you get lost on the road, I can't guarantee that you will still be alive when I find you."

After saying that, he turned around and led the group of people along a path to a huge piece of water.

There is a row of boats parked on the shore of the lake.

"Group of four, get on the boat." Hagrid simply ordered.

The freshmen began to gather on the boat in twos and threes.

"It seems Hermione is right!" Lu Yunkai muttered in a low voice as he was squeezed into the crowd.

"What did you say?" Ron next to him was still angry and spoke a little irritably.

"I say, the girl named Hermione is right. I also understand why we have to take the train to Hogwarts." Lu Yunkai finally squeezed into a boat with Ron and Harry, "It's a sense of ceremony. ! This damn sense of ceremony.”

"What do you mean?" Ron didn't understand.

"It's just something that's troublesome, but makes you feel like you're awesome."

A girl answered.

Only then did the three of them notice the girl sitting in the same car with them.

Isn't she the girl looking for toad on the train? She looked at Lu Yunkai with a smile.

"Are you bothering me? It's okay!" Ron felt as if he was being despised in some strange way, and he made an embarrassing comment.

"Have you seen the upperclassmen?" Hermione snorted.

"...Yes! Where are my brother and the others??" Ron responded.

"The seniors all take the bus, and only the freshmen take the boat." Hermione said calmly, "That's what the book says."

"Book??" Ron was confused.

"Your name is Lu Yunkai, right?" Hermione ignored Ron and looked at Lu Yunkai, "Is your pet a cat? What's its name?"

"My name is Kris...is your pet also a cat?"

"No. But I quite like cats..." Hermione smiled and nodded, "Your cat is so good! Why is it on your shoulder?"

"I don't know this either..."

"It seems we got on the wrong bus."

Ron and Harry looked at each other and said a little depressed.

Two damn cat slaves!
