Harry Potter’s Defense Professor

Chapter 4 The first lecture

This afternoon was Lockhart's first class, and Lockhart came to the yard, ready to relax.

What was the crowd doing there, he walked over and saw Colin taking pictures of Harry Potter, and the Malfoy kids seemed to be laughing at him. "What are you doing, what are you doing? Taking pictures? Come, let's go!" Lockhart put his arms around Harry. "Who else is coming?"

"Me!" Hermione rushed out first, wrapped her arms around Lockhart and smiled sweetly at him, and then a large group of students rushed up to surround him. Lockhart smiled and said to the little boy with the camera, "A group photo of Lockhart and his students! How about you, you can even sign your autograph!"

Colin was so excited that his hands were shaking, and he had just taken a photo when the bell rang for the afternoon class.

"Okay, everyone, let's go to class, there will be opportunities after taking pictures."

When the class was seated, Lockhart cleared his throat and said nothing. He took a step forward, picked up Neville's Swimming With Giants, and held the book up to show everyone his smiling, winking portrait on the cover.

"I," Lockhart said, pointing to the cover and blinking, "Gilderoy Lockhart, Merlin Knights 3rd Class, Honorary Member of the Dark Witchcraft Defence League, five consecutive Witch Weekly Winner of the Most Quarry Smile Award - I didn't want to mention this, I smiled at the 'Flower Heart' witch and made her disappear."

Lockhart had just taken a photo with his classmates, which made them in high spirits at this time. Just after he finished speaking, a burst of laughter broke out in the classroom. The girls looked at him like nympho, and Lockhart motioned everyone to be quiet.

"Next, I'll take a quiz to test everyone's understanding of Defense Against the Dark Arts and familiarity with my book."

l. What is the most important thing in Defense Against the Dark Arts?

2. What should I do if I encounter ghouls and werewolves?

3. What do you think is the most difficult monster to deal with?

4. What are vampires most afraid of?

5. What do you think is Gilderoy Lockhart's greatest achievement? (Inheriting the narcissism of the original Lockhart.)

"20 questions, all with answers in your first grade textbook and my book, 10 minutes for you!"

Ten minutes later, Lockhart put away the papers and read them in class.

"Why are so many people empty? The most important thing in Defense Against the Dark Arts is vigilance! Then there are spells and courage! It's on the third page of your first grade textbook."

"Someone actually wrote that silver weapons were used to deal with werewolves. Well, let me explain, the rumors of using silver weapons to deal with werewolves and vampires came from Muggles. In the struggle between Muggles and these dark magical creatures in the Middle Ages, there were indeed some Holy Sees. Their silver weapons can effectively kill them, but the key to the effect is not silver, but the restraint magic attached to it, unfortunately, this magic has been lost."

"Miss Granger's test papers are all right! But I want to add that if you're not a powerful wizard, then the best way for you to see the above creatures-" I paused, "turn around and run."

"10 points for Gryffindor because of Miss Granger's perfect answer! Well, let's get to the point..."

With a wave of Lockhart's left hand, a large cloth-covered cage under the desk floated onto the podium.

Silent hair floating without sticks, practiced overnight and became proficient. This beautiful hand really caused a commotion among the students below.

"Now—I have to warn everyone! It's my job to teach you about the toughest creatures in the wizarding world, so you'll be mentally prepared for the future. Now I'm showing you probably the most difficult thing you've ever seen. Scary stuff. But don't be afraid, as long as I'm here, nothing will go wrong. I ask everyone to stay calm and not panic."

Harry stuck his head out of the stack of books he surrounded,

Want to take a good look at what it is.

Lockhart put one hand on the cage cloth. The students below had already stopped laughing. Neville in the front row cowered in the corner of his chair.

"I have to make sure you don't scream when you see it," Lockhart whispered, "because that might irritate them."

When everyone held their breath, Lockhart lifted the cloth at once.

"By the way," said Lockhart exaggeratedly. "The elf of Cornwall just caught."

Many students couldn't help but laugh.

"Don't laugh, you can't expect me to catch a werewolf or a dementor to teach you a lesson. Today, what we're going to learn is to cast a fainting spell on something small and fast!"

"There are 40 Pokémon in it, and I now ask everyone to capture them all while using only a stun spell and not hurting them. Friendly reminder: the spell to stupefy is Stupefy!"

"Catch one will earn your house a point! Well, draw your wands."

Lockhart opened the cage, like a magic box. The elves fled like rockets.

Immediately, spells were flying in the classroom, and the elves were making trouble everywhere. Ron was knocked unconscious by his broken wand just after chanting the spell, and Mr. Savior was systematically releasing the stunning spell there. Miss Hermione seemed to be more proficient. Not only did she use the Stunning Charm, but she also knew how to slow them down with obstacles first.

Lockhart stood in front and watched silently. An elf flew towards him, silently casting a wandless stun spell, and with a wave of his hand, the elf fell. In fact, dealing with such a weak creature, the wandless spell With enough power, the elf was picked up by Hermione in the first row.

The students obviously didn't play this way, and the commotion didn't subside until long after there were no active pixies in the classroom.

"OK, now, please come over and put the elf in the cage, and then see how many points everyone has added to their academy." Hermione ran to the podium excitedly with four elf alone. A head was stuffed into the cage, "Good job, Miss Granger caught 4 of them!"

"Let me count, UU reading www.uukanshu.com Gryffindor adds 12 points, Slytherin adds 8 points, Hufflepuff 7 points, Ravenclaw 11 points! And 2 fly away from the window Well, two witty little elves."

"In this class, I hope everyone remembers that when you meet a dark wizard, he will never wait for you to hit him like a trap, he will deform, fly, disturb you, and attack you! training to deal with this target is very important!”

"The end of get out of class has not yet come, but I think students should have more time outside of class to practice the spells they want to practice, so I plan to end get out of class early."

"In the future, as long as everyone completes my class assignments, no matter how fast, I will be dismissed." Lockhart added. "I hope the classmates who haven't even released a fainting spell just now go back and practice more, classmate Weasley, I think you should change your wand, you will be killed by this broken wand." Ron touched his own with a sad face. Broken wand.

"Let's get off the get out of class, and be careful not to affect the students in other classes who are still in class."

The students burst into cheers.

Lockhart walked out of the classroom, Hermione took Harry and the others ran over to say goodbye: "This is the most interesting class I've ever had, goodbye professor."

"I'm glad you liked it, bye."
