Glory To Slytherin

Chapter 206 Acting Skills

Cecil sat up from the bed, stretched lazily, leaned on the head of the bed, with the same smile on his face, beckoned to the street outside.

Giles, who was walking on the street in a daze, suddenly felt something broken in his mind. He was shocked and his eyes quickly returned to clarity.

Then his face changed, and he hurried back to Cecil's room.

It's just that when he entered the room, his head couldn't be lowered. He knew that Cecil had only a bathrobe, but he did not dare to look up, which was completely different from what he had done half an hour ago.

"Giles, your acting skills are pretty good."

Cecil gathered his hair casually and said with a smile.

"It's okay... how can it be compared to an adult."

Giles trembled, and quickly knelt on one knee, and said respectfully.

"That ‘bitch’ sentence is sonorous and powerful... Could it be that he said his heart through acting?"

Cecil said with a smile.

"How dare your subordinates! Just... just thinking that it would be more realistic..."

Giles said with a bitter expression, and explained carefully.

"Well...it makes sense."

Cecil nodded, making Giles feel slightly happy, but there was another "pop". His left cheek swelled up as quickly as a slap in the air, with a weird symmetry with his right cheek.

"But, I'm still very uncomfortable. After all, I'm very innocent. Just use that little guy to punish you. Do you mind?"

"Don't mind, don't mind. If you're happy, just take as few as you want..."

Giles gritted his teeth and said, even if he was slapped, his body remained motionless.

"Okay. That little guy is quite wary... Even if we modify our memory, we may not believe it all."

"My lord, I don't understand...Since he found a trace of the organization, it would be fine to kill it directly. Why did he spend so much time and effort in acting..."

Giles hesitated for a moment and said hesitantly. But Cecil's eyes suddenly sharpened, he felt a terrifying Killing intent, and quickly lowered his head again, almost touching the floor, and said quickly:

"Sorry, the subordinate offended."

Cecil waved his hand lazily, as if the Killing intent had never appeared before, lay down on the bed again, and said casually:

"Go away. Don't let me see you lately."

Giles responded and left the room quickly.

Cecil pulled the quilt, covered himself tightly, and laughed softly:

"Adams's son... really interesting. I don't want to go to bed anymore."

She closed her eyes and truly fell asleep.

...

After leaving Cecil's room, Ulysses stayed in that street for more than an hour before returning to the hotel.

Ulysses asked the girls on the street about Cecil. They had basically the same caliber. They all said that Cecil had almost two thoughts when he came, because he was one of the most beautiful women in that area. Usually business is pretty good.

But I heard that her favorite is the young young people, who will snatch them every time they meet and leave them at home overnight.

Ulysses frowned slightly. Everything looks seamless, but he always has a vaguely strange feeling in his heart, and he can't tell where it is.

The next morning, Ulysses went to work in the mysterious affairs department on time.

Crocker had arrived, and Bode looked energetic, and he couldn't see that he was on a night shift. They were accustomed to this kind of rotation.

"Good morning, Ulysses."

Crocker smiled gently.

"Good morning."

Ulysses also greeted him, went to the own desk and sat down, and began to look through the materials that he hadn't finished reading yesterday.

For so many years, the Department of Mysterious Affairs has recorded many secrets that are not known to outsiders, which makes Ulysses more satisfied with this job.

Crocker looked at him more like a silent person than himself-the silent person usually has nothing to do, so he couldn't help asking:

"Ulysses, don't you continue to investigate today?"

"Not urgent."

Ulysses smiled, "It has been stolen for several months, not bad for this day."

The faint mark he left in the permanently locked room yesterday was not triggered, which means that no one went in last night.

Ulysses didn't know if the two silent people were really innocent, or whether Ulysses had been here for too short and they would not take risks easily, so they didn't rush to rush.

Kroc opened his mouth to speak and stopped, but in the end he didn't make a sound. He sat next to Mr. Bold, flipping through the documents boredly.

After a long time, Ulysses stood up, said "I'm going to breathe", and walked out of the office.

When he came to a hidden corner of the prophecy hall, his fingers hooked, and a beetle that followed him out quickly turned into a human form.

"Let's talk about what Mr. Bode did last night."

Rita Skeeter's dark circles under her eyes are a bit heavy, and she obviously didn't get enough sleep last night. She bravely said:

"He didn't do anything weird last night. He inspected several halls and stayed for a while at the door of the locked room. He seemed to be hesitating, and then he went back to the office to take a nap. Then...I just fell asleep. Passed."

Ulysses frowned slightly and nodded thoughtfully.

Rita Skeeter looked at his face and asked cautiously:

"I saw that picture yesterday too...Do you know the man with another arm on his shoulder? I mean... you don't seem to be surprised when you see him."

"I do have a little guess about the power he belongs to..."

Ulysses didn't mind telling her the news, and after thinking for a while, he said, "Miss Skeeter, you have been a reporter for so many years, do you know any dark forces in the magical world?"

"dark power?"

Rita Skeeter stunned for a moment, and subconsciously said, "The most famous is the Death Eaters who predominate on mysterious people... But the trees fell and the hustle and busts were scattered, they are now dead, wounded, and imprisoned. NS."

"Other than that?"

"Besides...these are the tribes of dark creatures, werewolf vampires and so on. The Ministry of Magic has not forcefully expelled them so that they have a place to survive in England..."

"Anything else?"

"I think about it... By the way, some people have recently submitted articles to the newspaper, saying that they happened to see some wizards in black robes. They couldn't see their faces at all, and they had a weird aura... Those wizards were especially careful. They seem to care about their whereabouts, and when they are discovered, they will do nothing but those who have contributed articles are very angry after escaping."

"Where did you see it?"

"It's in London...There are traces of them in several underground markets, and they seem to be buying some materials."
