Drop!! ~A Tale of the Fragrance Princess~

Act 72, at the Ladies' Tea Party.

Beautiful noon a few days after the feast to celebrate adulthood.

There was a bright and pleasant voice at the Count Hale's house.

"Dear Cordelia, Congratulations to the adults again."

"My parents told me it was a very gorgeous night club. I'm sorry I couldn't join you."

"Thank you, Master Hazel, and Master Dahlia"

Blessed by the Hale sisters, Cordelia smiled.

The two of us are inviting me today, and I'm coming to Count Hale's house. There were plenty of confectionery made from citrus fruit available at the table. Looking forward to eating, Cordelia first offered the two of us a small crate.

"This is a souvenir. I also thought I'd bring you something I handed out at the night club, but I thought this one would be better."

"Well, thank you! May I take a look inside?

"Absolutely."

The small boxes are made from Pameladian specialty trees, some of which are made from velvet to become jewelry boxes. The Hale sisters shouted surprised when they looked inside.

"You're a very cute pendant!

"Thank you, Master Cordelia!

Cordelia had a pendant in a small box in a cylindrical, sculpted surrounding area.

"Your pendant is hollow inside. Turn the top and the lid will come off, so drain essential oil into the cloth. That way you can enjoy the scent for the day."

"Thank you, Master Cordelia. Let me take care of that."

"The sculpture is nice, too. I don't get tired of watching this much fun"

Cordelia was relieved of the hazel that she held dear with both hands and the daria that looked dear to her eyes with each box. I'm still happy to be pleased with the gift I've thought about and made up my mind.

"Speaking of which, Master Cordelia leaped with Master Ishma at the night club, didn't she? I hear very picturesque brothers and sisters have healed your ladies' eyes here and there."

"That feels more like your brother is healing than me"

"Oh, you two made it extra shiny."

Yes, Hazel told me, and Cordelia smiled bitterly.

Sure, I've been striving for beauty since I was a young girl, but if I'm praised toward face to face, I'm even a little embarrassed. Dahlia, who was watching, also breathed.

"I would also like to try to work for Master Ishma one day. I still remember as vividly as yesterday that you showed Cordelia and Ishma your secret items at the Pameladia family. I also want to be a knight who can speak to someone one day."

Hazel tells me that the events that invited Daria two years ago had a very positive impact on her studies. But Hazel wasn't just smiling at Dahlia like that either. Instead, my eyes are caught up a little.

"It's nice to admire, but jumping off the railings just because you don't have time is the same, and you haven't had enough manners as a lady yet."

"Oh, sister. If you don't get a little distracted at home, it boils down. It's okay because it's decent out there, and it can be exercise."

"Totally... if you're alarmed, you'll get vegetables."

But it didn't seem to be as strong a backlash as before, and for better or worse, Dahlia seemed to be floating. And Hazel was also a hazel, and although he would say a novel at first, he seemed to have more room for Hazel to leave it to Dahlia as well than before.

"Is it time for the appointment exam"

"Yes, it's complicated by the mix of nervousness and a desire to take it quickly."

"Let me pray that you can receive it with your normal heart."

"Yes, thank you!

To Cordelia's words, Daria grabbed both hands a long time and replied well. The mood was adequate, for example, and Cordelia thought she was looking forward to hearing the results. And in the meantime, Hazel reached for the cup where the tea was poured.

"Speaking of which, Cordelia's sister was at the night club, too, wasn't she? I hear that your sister is also very beautiful."

"Yes, my sister hasn't been nervous to talk to me in a long time because I was married at a very young age, but we enjoyed our tea together and quickly struck it off"

The Hale sisters seemed happy to hear the words.

I guess it's because we're still good friends. Cordelia was also caught laughing and continued her words.

"As a matter of fact, I told your sister a story that is very important and surprising"

"An important and surprising story, is it?

Daria leaned her neck first to Cordelia's words.

But, by contrast, Hazel raised a bright voice with her hands in her mouth.

"No way, are we talking about your friendship?

"Oh, eh... eh!? True, Dear Cordelia!?"

Apparently it was an unfamiliar story for Dahlia, who is turning her face bright red, but she is intrigued and so on. Cordelia shook her head loosely.

"Unfortunately, actually, the opposite is true. My sister came to me... and told me that my father refused the pageant without informing me. I've never heard anything like that before."

The words made the Hale sisters look like they had all been poked into the void.

But after a while, the two of them blew out strangely.

"Oh, you heard that Cordelia and your father are getting along, but that's all you care about."

"It's not funny, Master Hazel"

"But it's very smiling."

"Already, even Master Dahlia. I'm in tune with my father until my aunt, so it's tough."

Indeed, Cordelia would surely have had the same sentiment if she had heard such a story from Hazel. But it's hard to say if you're a party.

Of course I don't hate Elvis because of all this, and Hazel and Dahlia laughed at me in the first place, but I was in the mood to say a little bit of stupidity as well.

"Your sister said that unless I find my own destiny and convince your father, marriage is difficult."

"But Master Cordelia is going to expand the meeting place more and more. I'm here for you."

"Yeah, I'm going to."

Cordelia nodded laughingly at Dahlia.

Marquis Frantheim used to say that we wouldn't be able to find a meeting or anything without numbers. That's why Vernault, a young child, was brought around, but the importance of it is now felt as a twinge in Cordelia. If they shut us out, we wouldn't have met or anything.

Hazel, however, eventually tilted his neck as he looked at Cordelia and Dahlia smiling at each other.

"But doesn't Master Cordelia have you in the letter? You haven't interacted anymore? Sure, did you say Master Jill?

"You in the letter? Master Cordelia, what are you talking about?

"Heh, Master Hazel..."

I've certainly talked about it in the past, but that's also something I just met Hazel. Jill and I wouldn't even know each other. Cordelia was a little flimsy that Hazel even remembered his name. I didn't think the name would come up here.

But approaching the questioning Dahlia, Cordelia proceeded. Cordelia is also Cordelia, and it's embarrassing to explain Jill to Dalia. But I can't just leave Hazel's question alone.

"Master Jill has been a good friend, but he hasn't actually been able to see your face once since he came back to King's Capital. Because you seem to be busy."

For once, I should have seen him, but I haven't seen his face.

Vernault wouldn't do anything to fool Cordelia on that occasion, and when it comes to seeing her, I shouldn't have to say I'm seeing her, but I was told that too. More importantly, I've never even told Hazel that I don't even know Jill's real name.

(... I never said anything because I've never had a problem... but I don't know anything but my name, so it's hard to tell a friend)

If you ask me if I said so, I can clearly say that I had no problem with that.

However, they seemed to remind me that the situation so far had been so strange.

(Jill doesn't mean anybody cares.)

But still, as Hazel put it, that's probably one of the reasons I've never considered a heterosexual friend to be the subject of an exchange of letters over the years -.

(Because that doesn't matter...!!)

I've never thought about Vernault that way, even though I know my qualities are clear. I'm sure even Jill knows it's the same thing, and Jill shouldn't even be thinking about that in the first place - yes, Cordelia was rethinking, but when she looked at the front, Hazel was trembling as if she was a mess.

"Heh... Master Hazel?

"Oh no... not at all! Jill can't believe Master Cordelia hasn't been back or seen in a long time......! If you like it, you can't be sure of that!

"Oh, you know, Master Hazel!

The information you gave Hazel should sound like Cordelia hasn't seen you either. So blaming Jill only unilaterally, let alone 'if you like', also makes me think I'm talking about it. But even as he tried to stop Hazel, Hazel stood up and proceeded to walk to Cordelia, taking Cordelia's hand with both hands.

"Dear Cordelia! Make sure you get out in many places so you can meet the wonderful lords!

"Ah, yes"

"Don't worry, Master Cordelia. Let me assure you that I, Master Cordelia, will have a happy marriage! If you're unhappy, I'll beat you to death."

"Oh, uh, calm down, Master Hazel!

I don't think about the future that far - yes Cordelia was in a hurry, then coughed up small.

"Um, Master Hazel. If I can get married, I want to try to give you back the happiness you've had, or even more."

But yes, Cordelia said, but after she said it, she realized it was completely irrelevant in the current situation.

(I was in too much of a hurry! This place was' because I will not marry such a lord '...!!)

But such Cordelia's thoughts had nothing to do with Hazel.

"It's lovely, Master Cordelia! I knew we were going to have a happy family together."

"Sister. Your sister's going to run off on her own, so Cordelia's in trouble."

"Damn, Dahlia stays too light! You don't always listen to me like this!

As for Cordelia, I think Dahlia also expressed interest earlier, but does that mean that Hazel's momentum is too strong for Dahlia as well? Or do you even think, 'It's not something that's accumulated when you talk like that to yourself'? But in any case, in Dahlia's words, Hazel returned to his seat. I also thanked Dahlia for her well-timed penetration as Cordelia.

"Speaking of which, Dahlia. Isn't it time for an audition?

"Oh, right. Dear Cordelia, I apologize for inviting you. Me, it's time for you to arch, so please excuse me. Regards, Sister."

"Don't worry about it. Besides, good luck with your archery. Thank you for taking the time."

"There is no such thing. Now if you'll excuse me."

Hazel laughed sorry at Cordelia as she watched Dahlia leave that way.

"The truth is, Dahlia also said she would like to have more hospitality, but the appointment exam is nearby and the teacher is packing the archery"

"No, don't really care. We are very pleased that you have invited us to take the time to do so in such a busy time."

"I'd appreciate it if you could say that, as a sister. This treat, it's all Dahlia's choice. Make sure you eat a lot. How about a change of tea?

"I'll have it."

And the samurai Hazel called makes tea and falls back again. Hazel had a slightly more serious look when Cordelia sipped tea while enjoying the fragrance again.

"What is it?

When Cordelia inquired about the hazel in question, Hazel asked Cordelia with a serious voice color.

"Dear Cordelia, I'm sorry to bother you... but we're opening a store soon to deal with scents, right?

"Yes, it's due early next month"

"So... if it's possible, one person wants you to meet and decide if you can work at the store. Hopefully, on the back."

"Do you mean employees?

"Of course, we would like you to decline if you consider it inadequate. I was just wondering if you could give me a chance."

Cordelia tilted her neck in surprise at Hazel, who said she wouldn't normally ask for it while saying no.

"What kind of person are you?

"This is Kayleigh from Viscount Fines. After Master Cordelia left King's Capital, he was here for a year to help with the mobile library. You were smart, accurate, and quick in your clerical work."

Cordelia, wondering exactly where the Hale family servant had been asked to transfer, was surprised that the name of the warrant appeared on the back of her prediction. And the family name sounds familiar.

"Speaking of Viscount Fines... you did a lot of damage last year due to water damage"

"Yes, even a few years ago, the financial situation was quite harsh because we gave special benefits, not just tax exemptions, to the inhabitants who were severely damaged by the plague, but where they finally began to calm down..."

"Is it another disaster"

"Yes, I received a loan for the work on the flooded river, but Kayleigh would like to work a little to help her family."

"Wouldn't it be better for a tutor then? Some jobs require strength to be able to ask for in my store, and your salary… makes it harder to pay the difference if it's the same job as others"

The work of tutoring is common as a job performed by the lady, and her salary is not bad.

I have heard that the competition multiplier is quite intense, but Cordelia wonders if it would be difficult if Hazel were a smart lady. But Hazel shook his head to the side looking serious.

"Actually, that's what I thought, too, to my youngest sister's tutor...... she, she got pretty nervous about talking to people and she wasn't very good at talking, and she couldn't perform normally at all"

"Is that... how long?

"It's so hard to explain in words."

"Still, recommending means you're a very nice person."

I guess that's why you're behind it.

I naturally have plans for chores other than customer service. As for the employees, on the offer of female servants, including the magician of the Pameladia family, until the store has settled down somewhat, they are supposed to take turns to follow the store. Ugh, I can tell you exactly what the testers can tell me, and more importantly, they seemed to be concerned to keep the store as private as possible by the time it opened. But if you calm down, you'll have to hire an employee sooner or later, so Cordelia is also in the process of looking.

"Okay. We will see you once."

With Hazel's introduction, you won't have much to worry about.

Whether we hire them or not, it shouldn't hurt to see them once.

"Thank you. I just... I just want to tell you one thing first. The Viscount Fines family has received substantial loans from the Count Clyde Raine family. Kayleigh herself doesn't seem to care much about Shelley, and she doesn't seem to interact, and it's a suspicious situation whether Miss Clyde Rayne or Kayleigh are aware of her existence."

"Hazel is the one who recommends it. I'm not worried about the neighborhood, and if you had to worry, you wouldn't have introduced me, would you?

"Thank you. It would help if you could say that."

Hazel was relieved this time by Cordelia's words.

It is certainly a bit of a snag to be assisted by Shelley's house, but if you don't feel very good about Shelley, it could be more convenient for Cordelia. It is also comforting in the external sense that anyone in a position to believe Sherry's words will come to Cordelia.

(Though I'm curious if Kayleigh won't have any trouble with it...)

But it's not Cordelia who judges it.

If it's not a good thing, Kaylee herself would say no even at Hazel's invitation.

"So how about we meet the day after tomorrow? You can always have my time."

"Yes, I did. We'll talk to Kayleigh and get in touch with you."

What the hell kind of woman is coming?

What is the level of tension? A woman who seems to be such an insider, although she has a lot to think about, would not have had the opportunity to meet without an introduction. With that in mind, I got a little more fun.
