Episode 2: The Mysterious Savior/Mysterious Redeemer

Eleven years have passed since the abominable "Black Moon case," where and what is Faust, the jailbreaker who got out of Verito prison a year ago, doing now? A town at night where silence envelops. This is a city in the western part of the Kingdom of Sertria called Adford.

Adford is a town surrounded by a desert named after a city. The town is less environmentally friendly than any other city in Sertria, and many people still live away from civilization.

Adford is a town lined with simple wooden homes, dry all year round. This town is like a city in a good old western play. There are many houses that employ open doors.

Crossing from the west to the south, the town is covered in desert, creating an atmosphere that is exactly on the way to development. Most humans visit this town by rail because of both the tracks and the station. Only in the east is the road to the capital maintained, and the other roads are as poorly maintained.

And the north is surrounded by naturally made rocky mountains and coal mines. Exactly a town isolated from civilization. Even though it has been flourishing for a long time, it still seemed like a pioneering place in the developing world.

Looking at the coal mine in northern Adford, a girl walked through the dark tunnel.

She is dressed in black clothes all over her body and can carry two rifle guns across her back.

Simply mounted bulbs hang in the tunnel on unreliable iron wire. Bulbs are mounted sparsely and their lights are weak. That was barely enough to look ahead.

In the meantime, suddenly the light on the bulb starts flashing.

No heart or the air in the tunnel seems to be getting a little chilly. Even in this situation, the girl remains calm.

Ballyn Ballyn Ballyn

Immediately afterwards, suddenly, the glass of the bulb makes a noise and breaks away. Occasionally the light in the tunnel is lost and darkness reigns.

After a while I wondered if a dim light slowly appeared at the end of the girl's gaze, which formed the shape of a person.

in the form of a person. It slowly approaches the girl. It doesn't just end. When the same dim light emerges one after the other, it forms the shape of a person. It's called ghosting.

It's a screaming thing that would make me want to block my ears if I were a normal girl, but she wasn't. When she pulls through the two rifle guns she carries on her back, she uses her legs to load bullets indiscriminately.

"This is just a dream, this is bullshit!

The girl screamed that way, pulling the trigger of two cloves of rifle. From the muzzle a white glowing bullet fires, piercing the bodies of the Ghosts, one after the other, at an unstoppable speed in their eyes.

Bullets don't work on ghosts. That's something that everyone knows when they think about it. Because the Ghost doesn't have an entity.

But she breaks such common sense. The ghosts, who received the girl's bullet, went away as if the candle flames were going away.

The girl, who confirmed that all the ghosts who appeared in front of her disappeared, grinned as if satisfied, flinching herself and leaving the tunnel of the coal mine.

She blended straight into the town crowd.

After she left, several balls of white light rose again in the tunnel of the coal mine.

As time went by, there was a suspicious shadow outside Adford.

The neighbouring country of the Kingdom of Serbia is the Commonwealth of Limia. A vast Amnis desert stretches between the two countries, and sea routes are used for travel between the two countries. The environment was harsh, and few bothered to cross the border across an uninterrupted wide desert. If I were there, it would just be stupid.

The Union of Limia is situated on the western side of the Kingdom of Serbia and the only port open in Serbia exists only on the eastern side. Using sea routes will take time to travel between the two countries. Still, people avoid crossing the Amnis Desert.

Beyond the Amnis Desert, there exists the entrance to the Kingdom of Sertria. That's a post outside the town of Adford. Identification is required in order to enter Sertria.

If you look closely in front of the lockup, you can see one man wandering around there. The man was dressed in a desert sand-colored robe, his face covered with a hood that he could not confirm. The robe was badly dirty with sand. Are you foolishly to say that you have crossed the Amnis Desert?

The man stared at his right palm. There are suspicious marks painted there. It also looked like a magic formation. It was a magic formation of blood colours.

A certain sight is evoked behind his brain staring at the mark of his right palm…

There is one little boy standing in an uninspiring cemetery. Is it the look of Robe's man's past? The boy was staring at one grave marker with a worrying face.

And the boy with the shadow of the widow on its grave marker, reaches out his right hand.

At the next moment, its right hand was wrapped in a flame that burned red. The boy doesn't know what happened and is governed by fear. The flame wraps the boy's arms and eventually wraps them up to the right half of his face.

In no time, the terrible flame disappeared.

A boy who lost consciousness and fell into it. His right hand was engraved with a disastrous red mark.

The man with his eyes off the mark of his right palm, raises his gaze.

Due to its harsh environment in the Amnis Desert, there is little movement of people to and from the barracks. As a result, the guard is weak, just one person. At the end of the day even the gatekeeper entrusted to the scene is asleep. From the rules of thumb, it must have been decided that there was no need to turn personnel to this place where people would not come first.

The mysterious man who is unidentified is carefully asking what's going on at the station. Apparently, he's trying to sneak up on Adford. If he came over the desert, he would have come from the Union of Limia, but why on earth did he bother to choose the rugged path? Or do you even say that there was some circumstance that had to cross this desert?

Moving his eyes over the gate, he stood in front of the gatekeeper where a man dressed like a cowboy would sleep. A man wearing a white cowboy hat and impressive green clothes.

He coughs big.

But the gatekeeper mogged his mouth like it felt good and just scratched his jaw. Did that bother you, the cowboy creased between his eyebrows and kicked the foot of the gatekeeping chair with momentum.

Then only the chair is skipped, as if it were a Dharma drop, and the gatekeeper keeps his buttcake on the floor.

"Ah! Yes! Huh? I'm not the one who ate it!

The gatekeeper, awakened by the shock, whines in his sleep somehow.

"Absolutely! That's a lot of nerve trying to get paid."

It was Hamel Raymond, Sheriff of Adford, who opened his mouth so. His left chest glows with a badge indicating he is a sheriff.

"Shh, excuse me, Sheriff. Please forgive me."

The gatekeeper just flat apologizes for looking sorry.

"You're a convenient man. No matter how many people don't come, keep an eye on them. I don't know when or where the danger is."

Hamel can be harshly said.

"Yes. I'll be careful later."

Hamel nodded when the gatekeeper said so in his face, leaving as he did. Border security is originally undertaken by the King's Army. But since this is a gateway where no one comes, its management was left to the local Adford security forces, or the Security Department.

The man in the sandy robe gave himself up when he heard Hamel's voice and was listening to the content of that conversation. The man outside the gate couldn't even imagine what was going on at the end of this gate, but I could understand the whole thing in the conversation now.

There is only one person who guards this gate. And the person is a loose man while he often sleeps.

It would have been easier to break in if it had been a slim gate of security so far, but there was only one problem. The door provided for the gate was closed, and it was fixedly fixed with a thick gripping rod, which said that it would therefore be 1 meter in diameter. This will not lead to an intrusion. If we are forced to open this door, there will be loud noises there and they will soon be noticed.

The man closely observes the exterior of the gate. The gates are made of stone stacked up and the wooden doors are secured with fittings.

The man approaching the gate took the dagger out of his nose and hooked it into a cobblestone gap. That's how you start going up that wall. Apparently, he's going to jump over this gate where he can fly high.

It didn't take long for him to reach the top of the gate. The man standing at the top of the gate lowers himself and asks what's going on down there.

Here a man's reading will come off a lot. This wasn't just a handy place to be.

A few seconds after the man stood at the top of the gate, the light muscles passed through the man's body. The man closed his eyes to the glare. Signal it, and instantly the sound of a bell so loud that it can be heard by the whole city.

Too instantaneously, the man could not understand what had happened. For a little while the man had his head blank and his mouth open, but immediately swallowed the situation.

As the man jumped off the gate, he went astray to the crowd in the city of Adford. With that loud bell sound, Suzuke's gatekeeper woke up, but the hour was already late. The man disappeared and there was only a sight there that remained the same.

At that time, there was some movement in the neighbouring Union of Limia.

The Commonwealth of Limia, surrounded by the sea, is experiencing severe weather changes. At this time black and suspicious clouds can enter the sky, and the wind gradually increases in strength.

In the luxurious white buildings visible beneath the dark clouds, those dressed in blue military uniforms were moving in haste.

This is the residence of the President of the Federal Government of Limia. It's the heart of this country. At the top of the official residence, at the end of a white door decorated with beautiful sculptures, was a president who listened to something with a difficult face. In front of him, two military men stand.

"Faust's sightings just came in at Adford. Get the nearby soldiers on their way immediately."

The President of the Union of Limia, Albert Balthazar, in a heavy and dignified voice, orders the two people in front of him.

"Ha! I'll send three lurking soldiers to Adford right away!

When one of the soldiers said so, Balthazar nodded without changing his expression in any way. Apparently, the light muscle that just passed the man in the robe had become a sensor. That was the system that sensed the presence of the man and transmitted information to the Union of Limia.

Within Prime Minister Limia's official residence, many people continue to move in haste.

Turning again to Adford, Faust, the man with the hood deeply on and his face hidden, was walking with the crowd flow. Peaceful townships are spreading there as if there were no ringing bells earlier.

The sun had already set and the darkness had gradually begun to spread.

Faust, the mysterious man who managed to break into the town of Adford. Beware, he was searching for a place he didn't care about.

What he got to was the back alley where no one was. It was this place where even the light of day could not reach. Now that the sun had gone down, the sight of this place was very bad. To the extent that the scenery can be ascertained with thinness, most of the sight is dominated by darkness.

In the meantime, the man felt there was some sign in front of him. Until just now, the boy, there wasn't supposed to be anyone in this alley. The man who felt some sign tried to turn himself over and leave this alley.

It was then. Suddenly something pops into a man's sight. Someone is holding Faust back. It was the person in the black robe who showed up in front of me. Just like Faust, he wears a hood so deep that he doesn't even know if the person is a man or a woman. However, I am sure it is as long back as Faust.

The black robe figure approaches Faust without words. What is his or her purpose? Will you even try to bring Faust to justice for trespassing illegally into this town?

The two facing each other don't utter any words. All you hear there is the footsteps of a black robe figure.

Jari, Jari

Only the sound of boots treading on earthy skin echoes around.

In a tedious tension, the black robe figure instantly packed his distance from Faust. Black robe figures make up the bulk of Faust's vision. A silent fear was attacking him.

The mysterious figure stuck his right hand straight out to the side.

Then something happens to gather up on its right hand side. A bright white light was gathering on its right hand side, like brightly illuminating the back alley dominated by darkness.

But strangely, Faust doesn't see that. I'm not sure why, but he didn't see the light anyway.

The light gathered in the right hand of the figure of the black robe falls upon Faust, forming a herd. That light, like a meteor, thrust Faust's body backwards. Faust, who did not see the white light, had no idea what was happening.

"Knock...!

Faust's face was exposed when the hood came off due to a falling impact. His eyes were green like emeralds. All I could see was my left eye, whose right eye is hidden with a long gold forehead.

Faust was deeply upset at this time. A mysterious figure suddenly attacked me, launching an invisible attack on me. It won't even be possible. I know you're trying to catch the trespasser, but the black robe figures never uttered a word.

Faust, who didn't care, gets up and jumps on the black robe figure. I guess I'm sorry I didn't get hit like this. Faust got horseback ridden over a mysterious figure.

And as the black robe figure did just now, he also stuck his right hand straight out to the side.

Then the area around his right hand brightens red. The mark on your right hand bears a red light.

Faust grabbed the hood of the black robe with his left hand. To see the face of the black robe figure, Faust impetuously peeled off its hood.

⁉ ︎

The face that appeared out of the hood was something Faust wouldn't have expected. Seeing the face of a black robe figure, he lost his word.

That was, for Faust, a familiar face. What emerged from the black hood was the same face as Faust, no matter where he looked from.

Faust, who also encountered a phenomenon as bizarre as his hair was, was feeling unspeakable fear. Too much fear, he can't utter a word. The mouth was open, but words never came out of it.

That was not the end of the strange event.

Shortly afterwards, Faust somehow butted on the ground. I should have been horseback ridden by a man who looked just like me earlier, but now the man was nowhere to be seen. The mysterious man had disappeared neglectfully.

Was the phenomenon ever a bad dream? I wish everything was a bad dream, not just what happened here anyway. Faust thought so.

Woo, woo!

At the next moment, the sound of a different bell rings in Adford than earlier. Reacting reflexively to the sound, Faust hastily walked away from the scene.

Faust, distracted by the crowd, first listens to his surroundings. If you're in a rushing crowd, you won't be able to find it right away.

"Mr. Levy, there's a fire at home."

"Oh, my God. If there's a fire in Adford, it's over."

"I'll burn them all before the fire comes."

The bell I rang earlier apparently had nothing to do with Faust. Foust strokes his chest down relieved to find out that the bell earlier was not the one the chaser rang, but the one that informed him of the fire.

Faust, who could afford it, somehow headed to the scene of the fire.
