8 – Teaching Manners

“As you all know, the war against the demon world started again 20 years ago. And thanks to the heroes, peace has come, albeit briefly. Do you know who it is?”

Florina said as she looked around at her students.

Gran raised her hand.

“Uh, yes….”

The former hero, Lucy.

Pope, Termeo.

The Commander of the Imperial Knights, Count Paron Rugis.

Matriarch of the Tower, Duke Lornes Ulcron.

Druid, Ragniff.

Even the Elf Queen, Elia Win Arteria.

Gran spoke the names of the heroes without interruption.

“Well, I know that. Anyway, peace came for a while thanks to the sacrifice of the former hero, but the war is not over. The silent war had begun. Since the war, demons have become frequent. Guys, do you know how many high-level demons appeared in the Empire last year? Little bit….”

“This is number 71.”

“What? As far as I know, number 45….”

“The other 26 are due to a tier change from Intermediate to Advanced Demon this year.”

Florina laughed awkwardly.

“I know because I am a priest….”

Gran was an executive of the Heretic Questioner, and all the demons that appeared in the empire were reported to him.

Even 52 of the 71 higher level demons that appeared died at the hands of Gran.

“A paladin with holy power and a priest team up to block the devil. But even if you’re not a paladin and a priest, that doesn’t mean you have nothing to do with demons. The devil harms us in many ways.”

“That’s right. As the teacher said, demons usually appear in three ways.”

The children’s attention was focused on Gran.

“First, a demon that lives symbiotically in the body of the contractor through a contract. This is usually the case with warlocks and heretics. The ranks of symbiotic demons vary.”

Gran continued his explanation in a profound voice.

The children listened to Gran’s explanation as if possessed.

“Second, a demon that forcibly dwells in living beings and controls the body. This is the category that causes the most damage to civilians. Mainly middle and high level demons belong here.”

Gran’s always smiling face darkened.

Even Florina held her breath as she listened.

“Third, they are those who appear from hell and kill people. These are usually high-ranking entities, including high-ranking demons, prime demons, and ancient demons.

After Gran’s explanation, the children were agitated.

“A priest is a priest.”

“What is it, Mr. Jiga?”

“You seem to know better than the teacher?”

Students’ responses varied.

“You shouldn’t neglect demon haunts. It is no longer just a matter of Priests and Paladins.”

Gran enthusiastically participated in the class.

It was also a learning attitude as a student, but I couldn’t pass by the story about the devil.

Because he spent half of his life in this world with the devil.

He lived as a Heretic Questioner and experienced all the horrors of misery. Gran thought that the word harm could not contain the meaning of the devil.

There was silence for a while.

Students’ responses varied, but if there was one common response, it was ‘What is that guy?’ So did Florina.

“A chaotic period can come at any time. So you guys….”

There was one person watching Florina from outside her classroom.

President Kellysia.

She let out a sigh as she grabbed her throbbing head.

“There are two teachers in a class.”

***

Classes lasted until the afternoon.

In the first week, there were no special classes for each job.

I went outside as soon as class was over.

Recently, the amount of time I exercise has increased, because it has increased with low weight and high reps.

I had to hurry up and bring in the exercise equipment, but this wasn’t the Riel Temple.

I could almost say that I was the owner of the Riel Temple, so I only needed permission from the Pope, but not the academy.

It could have been done by asking Viteo, but the high priest in the academy finished the bed last.

Maybe we should go see the chancellor.

Recently, I felt bad because I felt like I was losing muscle.

“Hey, long time no see?”

A grumpy-looking man started talking to me.

He is the student I met at the sports facility last time. He seems to have said that his name was Ecclis.

“Hmm…. You’ve come to your senses. Do you have something to do with me?”

“What to do? So many f*cking A senior who wants to educate our juniors is waiting.”

“Education…. That would be fun. I was still feeling sore.”

“Damn it, the priest is cocky.”

He snorted.

“Senior. There are many students here. Please refrain from swearing.”

“Kuh, is it because he is a priest? To pretend to be nice.”

I put my hand on Ecclis’ shoulder.

“Senior. Do I really have to say it twice?”

Ecclis’ expression hardened, and then he turned around.

“Follow me.”

Ecclis took the lead. The place they headed to was a sports facility.

“Is there anything else to do here? I should have told you not to come here.”

They didn’t answer my question.

They sped up and hurried into the facility.

There were more students inside than last time.

And one of them stands out.

It was a blond haired man with red eyes.

“Haa, you talkative bastard.”

Ecclis swears again.

Seeing his friends gave him courage.

I kicked Ecclis in the back.

Fur Ock!

“Queueek!”

“Didn’t I ask you not to tell me twice?”

Ecclis rolled over ten times on the floor before convulsing.

I looked at the blond man sitting in the middle.

“Um, is that you? Someone who wants to educate me.”

***

Ecclis and Owen were said to be large priests.

Tirius’ eyes narrowed when he saw Gran.

It wasn’t big enough.

Tirius had never seen such a huge person in his life.

His arm muscles were said to be bigger than his own thighs, and he seemed to be a head taller than any of his warriors he had seen.

Tirius swallowed dryly as soon as he saw him.

He wasn’t a big, ignorantly strong guy. His golden eyes radiated intense momentum as if they were going to eat everyone in this place.

‘I’m not a fool.’

Fur Ock!

Ecclis, hit by the priest, rolled on the floor.

“Is it okay to treat a senior like this? Does the Anas Church teach priests this way?”

Tirius said with a grin.

“No. But I am an exception.”

“Really? What is your name?”

“This is Gran. May I know your name too?”

“Tirius Kyler.”

Gran suddenly headed towards the entrance.

“That bastard, he heard your name and ran away?”

“Heh heh, running away. You must act like a gentleman. Manners make a man.”

“I don’t know what bullsh*t you are talking about.”

“Don’t worry. You will find out soon.”

Clap.

The door to the gym is locked.

“What, what is that bastard? Did you lock the door?”

“Chyler…. Sorry, I’ve never heard of the Kyler family.”

The corner of Tyrius’ mouth went down.

From noble mtl dot com

“Hugo, can you win? If you shut that guy up, I’ll introduce you to my seniors.”

“Really? Thank you Tyrius. After all, only you.”

Hugo was the second largest man after him.

His height is 193 cm. He weighed 122 kg.

His size is overtaken by the priest, but his job is a warrior.

“Somebody help Ecclis.”

Owen hurriedly ran to lift Ecclis, who was lying in the center of the facility.

Warrior Hugo walked out into the center of the facility with a clatter of bones.

“Hmm, isn’t that the guy over there who wants to educate me? You pass it on to a friend. You are not manly.”

“Shut up! There is nothing I dare not say to you.”

Hugo the warrior shouted.

“I’ll give you a chance first.”

“Hmph, guts are good. Yes, as you wish, I will go first.”

Hugo trampled the ground with a thud. Heat rose from his body.

“Heh heh, the spirit of a warrior. Great.”

“Die!”

The inside of the facility thumped as Hugo hit the ground.

Hugo quickly closed his distance. He turned his back and punched his fist.

f*ck!

Hugo’s fist was firmly planted in the priest’s chin.

“You bastard, you don’t even avoid the warrior’s fist. As expected, a priest without combat skills….”

However.

“Damn it!”

A student who was watching the fight between the two shouted.

Gran was laughing.

“Hmm, generally, the skills of the people here are a bit lacking. They are also the losers of the academy. I don’t even have to look at my skills anymore.”

Hugo got scared and backed off quickly.

Gran slightly bent his back and quickly closed the distance with Hugo.

Even though the warrior who used spirit backed away, he was caught up in less than a second.

The priest made animal-like movements.

No, it was the beast itself.

Quaaang!

Hugo flew away with a loud explosion.

“Heh heh heh!”

After flying up, Hugo fell to the ground and vomited blood.

“What, what is that? Aren’t they ribs?”

Hugo’s right rib broke and protruded through his skin.

“Cuck! Whoops!”

Hugo couldn’t even breathe properly and kept coughing up blood.

“Heh heh, I’m sorry. I tried to bruise you, but you failed to control your strength a bit.”

Gran walked toward Hugo, who had fallen to the floor.

The Black Mist members gathered around Hugo parted like the Red Sea.

“Hipcha! A touch of hope.”

“Keah!”

Gran pushed Hugo’s broken ribs back inside. Then I used a 3rd tier divine spell.

Light flowed from his hand.

After being healed by the priest, Hugo’s wound healed quickly.

“It will be a little sore.”

f*ck!

The priest hit Hugo’s ribs again.

Fortunately, Hugo passed out the moment he was hit and felt no pain.

“Heh heh, that’s it. I got bruises. Has anyone noticed my mistake a moment ago? If you raise your hand, I will only erase your memories so you don’t get hurt.”

Gran rushed towards the members who were watching.
